Took our girls out for lunch to celebrytheir birthdays before we headed to Bullwinkles to celebrate our oldest birthday. We stopped at #fuddruckers and had a bunless burger with cheddar,bacon,grilled mushrooms and onions! It was a delicious way to break a 22 hour fast! This was our first and last meal of the day!!!!

I have always had a big sweet tooth and Two of my favorite things are Chocolate and Salted Caramel!!! You definitely can’t go wrong with this mixture! If you are like me you must try this recipe out!! Chocolate Salted Caramel Fat Bombs!! Ingredients:
1 packet Salted Caramel BETTER BROTH™
4oz grass-fed butter
8oz heavy cream
2 oz cream cheese
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1 teaspoon Himalayan Sea salt
9oz package dark chocolate baking chips
Chocolate cup mold
Small pastry brush 1 In a saucepan, mix butter and cream.
2 Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly until mixture boils.
3 Add cream cheese and vanilla and stir until cream cheese is melted.
4 Remove from heat and mix in Salted Caramel BETTER//BROTH™; let cool.
5 When mixture is completely cool, place in mixing bowl and mix on medium until thick (10-15 minutes). 6 Melt chocolate in microwave (about 1 minute)
7 Use small pastry brush to brush chocolate on bottom and sides of mold then let harden in freezer about 10 minutes.
8 Remove and coat one more time.
9 Place mold in refrigerator 15-20 minutes.
10 Remove chocolate cups carefully from mold and pipe or spoon in caramel mixture.
11 Drizzle remaining chocolate on top of cups and sprinkle with sea salt. Store in refrigerator.

Sunday morning pancakes! Who says you can’t have your pancakes on #keto ? Recipe below 👇🏻
INGREDIENTS • 8 oz Cream Cheese • 8 large eggs • 4 tbsp Butter • 2 scoops Protein Powder or (1/2 c of almond flour) • 1 tsp vanilla extract • Sugar Free Maple Syrup(for topping)
1 In a food processor or large mixing bowl combine cream cheese, butter and eggs. It is easiest to use room temperature butter and cream cheese.
2 Add the protein powder to the wet ingredient mixture and mix until fully combined.
3 Heat a skillet on medium heat. Pour in the pancake batter and cook for 2 minutes on each side. 4 Enjoy!
