Lake Tekapo, New Zealand
Lake Tekapo and the Mackenzie district lakes are a must see on a trip to New Zealand. The beautiful turquoise colour of the lake is unique because the majority of the water feeding into it comes from glaciers in the Southern Alps.
#Tips: Book ahead to get a lakefront campsite. Evening strolls along the waterfront skipping rocks is a fantastic way to take in the area.
A banger sunset 🌅 whilst exploring the mountains and lakes of this heaven. Heading back again in November and April.
Make sure you plan your compositions as it’s very easy to get distracted from the immense beauty around you
