We’ve been planning this wilderness trip for past 3 years ever since we first visited Banff for celebrating our new year during peak winter of year 2015 (-28 Degree Celsius, -18.4 F). This time around we went during the summer and we were awe struck. Every place we camped and hiked were straight out of some postcard.
There are so many animals along the corridor to Jasper. Every time I go I see bears, elk, goats, big horn sheep, and eagles. Seeing these graceful creatures reminds me how serene nature can be. Life tip: don’t go to close to a mama bear when she has cubs or a male elk during mating season.
