still dreaming about this grilled spanish bluefin with hyper local tomatoes and pepitas from @jtranis over the weekend...it's always a treat to let @dustinjtrani just "send out some stuff"...which is how we ended up with this after (not pictured) a beautiful crudo and blackened halibut and grilled ⭐️halibut spine⭐️...whether you get there by car or, in my case, by plane—this is well worth the trip to san pedro!
