The thing that started it all. A comfortable, well fitting pair of black pants.
Over four years ago, I had a 6 month old baby boy and I was frustrated. All I could find in stores for him were navy, fleece, wide legged and had a truck on it. At the time, there weren’t nearly as many handmade stores and the few ones I did see were just not my style. I finally found some I liked on Etsy, so I ordered two pairs and let’s just say it wasn’t a good experience. I literally looked at them and said “well shit, I could’ve done a better job than that”. That evening my husband cane home from work and I told him I was going to start making baby clothes. A few days later my new serger and fabric arrived and he realized I wasn’t joking 😂
Lennon and Lime will be reopening to orders Thursday January 24th @ 8pm PST. I’ll have two new custom prints, our popular prints will be back along with some super soft bamboo basics. Strive for progress, not perfection. ———————————————————
“This is a mantra that I, at 28, finally understand and have grown to love. For my entire athletic life (over two decades) I strove solely for perfection and I was miserable. It was an impossible standard that I tried to meet and always fell short. That led me to feel badly about myself, talk negatively to myself and ultimately affected my game (and not in a good way). I have finally learned that, in the end, progress is all you can strive for and it is what is most important. I now constantly ask myself if I got better today and what are the things I did well today? In the end that’s all any of us can ask for. This mantra has allowed me to create the 2 most important rules of soccer (and life) that every Summit player knows.”
1. WORK HARD/TRY YOUR BEST
2. HAVE FUN! ⚽️🎉💃🏼

◾️When I was a kid and we’d all get loaded into the car to go somewhere, mom would always run back into the house for what seems like forever. We’d all wonder what she was doing in there. Now I know. Everything. She was doing everything. ◾️
Change sucks! It’s so hard! But it’s absolutely necessary to thrive in a marriage.
I once heard someone say: well who should make the changes?? Who should take the initiative to make up? Who should break the silent treatment? Who should just let it go?

“Instead, be kind to each other, tenderhearted, forgiving one another, just as God through Christ has forgiven you.”
Ephesians 4:32 NLT
Before I had my child, I thought I knew all the boundaries of myself, that I understood the limits of my heart. It’s extraordinary to have all those limits thrown out, to realize your love is inexhaustible.

Truth is, I can be shy.
I get bored in the middle of listening to a long answer.
I prefer facts over opinions.
I love to dip my salami, and butter baguette sandwich in tea.
Truth is, she is not shy at all.
She can spend hours upside down while watching a show or relaxing.
She always shares the last piece of what she is eating.
She is is one of the sweetest human I know. 💕
Truth is I’m in love with God for blessing me with her. —-
