Getting slimmer and healthier while enjoying high quality fatty foods and oils. 2 weeks on the ketogenic diet and I never felt better. I finally can control my hunger and I don’t feel hungry all the time. I’m full of energy and don’t struggle to get up in the morning anymore. My head feels so clear, no more brain fog so I can stay focused longer. I even started going to the gym again. For those who are interested - MCT oil is a must on this diet as it will help you to get into ketosis faster. When I just started my Keto journey I had insomnia due to too much of energy so I started taking taking calcium and magnesium and my sleep’s been great since when. ❤️ #saturday#enjoy#lunch#keto#ketodiet#ketotransformation#ketoweightloss#ketorecipes#healthy#health#healthylifestyle#healthyrecipes#feelinggreat#lithuaniangirl

Omg, y'all. Sausage balls made with carbquik. I've been trying to figure out what to do with the stuff since I bought it a few months ago. And some of the things I tried were just a bust. But these are a winner! I used my homemade sausage plus some leftover Tenneesee Pride. Glad I tested the recipe before making these for a potluck next week. They're just not fit to bring to work. I'll have to keep them all. 😉
These Ham, Cheese, and Bell Pepper Mini Quiche are my favorite way to start the day! SUPER easy ingredients - and to make it keto, just leave off the crust! Easy peasy! Check out the recipe here - - or tap my link in bio! #keto#moscatomomrecipes
Some of you asked me about how I make my matcha latte, so here you go! For those that don’t like coffee BPC or Bulletproof Coffee isn’t a requirement on keto. You don’t need to drink it. It’s just an easy and delicious way to get in some good fats. But if you aren’t a coffee drinker you can always try bullet proof tea or hot cocoa. Use your favorite tea and steep it in 8-10 oz of hot Unsweetened Almond Milk. Then pour the liquid in a blender and add 1 Tbsp of butter, 1 Tbsp of MCT oil, Sweetener if you like, and depending on the tea I add a tsp of @choczero sugar free caramel syrup or vanilla extract the BLEND. Blending is KEY! 🍵 ——————-
🍵 Caramel Matcha Latte 🍵
1 Scoop Matcha(11g)
1 Tbsp MCT Oil/Powder
1tsp Choczero Caramel
10 oz Hot Unsweetened Almond Milk
Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend on high! Enjoy!

Ya'll know I'm addicted to Naan! Indian food all around so allow me to introduce you to Keto Garlic Naan by @keto.connect with added cilantro because I mean I put that s$%t on everything. Freaking delicious .
Next up we have Keto Brownies by @typicallyketo . I used swerve erythritol so it has a slight cool after taste but I just pretend it's like peppermint brownies (maybe I'll add some peppermint extract next time). I took it out of the pan too soon and it all cracked but it's still delicious. I plan to pair this with some ground beef seasoned with Shan BBQ Seekh Kabob seasoning mix
With Naan and brownies what more do you need? Maybe some keto naan crisps with cinnamon keto sugar
My morning coffee surrounded by my family I haven’t seen in so long💗 the plan for the day is to go lay out and drink some whiteclaws (just canned vodka soda) and tonight we’re going to dinner! I’ll stick with vodka soda and I’ll post my everything I eat to hold myself accountable🙌🏻😊💗
First pic was taken in February, middle pic taken in May, and third pic was taken today! So happy to see my legs have finally leaned out more because that’s definitely a tough area for me. I didn’t change up anything in my routine to make my legs lean out, just stuck to the plan and KEPT PATIENT and slowly but surely it happened.
Throughout this entire weight loss phase my workouts have not changed- I’ve been following a powerlifting program (so tons of HEAVY compound movements) eating an average of 1900 calories a day, doing steady state cardio three times a week for 20 minutes, and I’ve been getting about 10k-15k steps a day. Also to answer a commonly asked question- I hardly train abs! By improving my body composition through lots of heavy lifting, my ab definition has improved without really working them much. So my top tips for making a transformation is:
1. Lift hard and heavy and stick to basic compound movements! No stupid variations of things lol, the basics are going to benefit you most.
2. Be patient!!! Eat to fuel your workouts (no super low calorie bs) and focus on getting stronger and over time you will see results. Don’t under eat! If you eat and train like an athlete you will look like one. This isn’t a quick fix diet it is a lifestyle.
Ps. I couldn’t care less which one of these pics you like best, so keep your “you looked better before” opinions to yourself. I like how I looked in the middle pic but I like how I look now better ✌🏼.
After I posted my last photo I had a few of you comment and message me about you not seeing loose skin. I immediately pulled my pants down (I usually tuck it in) and snapped a photo. I don't post a lot about loose skin because I feel like it's off putting to some. There are people that are afraid of having it and there are people that don't think it's worth the hard work to be left with skin. As you can see, I absolutely have it. When I stand it stretches out and looks smoother and doesn't hang. When I'm sitting it's a different story. I'm posting this because I would put the same amount of work if not more to be sitting here today with this wrinkly flap of belly. I've worked EXTREMELY hard and I STILL have it. I've lost over 100lbs, I exercise almost every day since the beginning, I'm on track with my macros and I still didn't avoid it. My body has been obese my whole life. It went through 2 beautiful pregnancies and it has lead me to this point. I will be getting rid of it at some point not to make myself feel better but simply because I feel I deserve to finish what I started. So for everyone that asked, here it is. Worth every squat, burpee, plank and crunch!
Something happened today that hadn't happened before. I forgot about my scale. Although I don't weigh myself daily, I still stare at it when I go into the restroom and have to remind myself not to jump on it or obsess over it or everything I tell you guys, those are things I tell myself on the daily. Today I went into the restroom, changed into my clothes, looked up at the mirror and saw myself and snapped a photo. When I got to my office I was taking a photo of my tea and saw the photo and I remembered I didn't even glance at the scale. And I remembered when I would take photos like this in the restroom. You see, I had the opposite problem most people have (where they look in the mirror and don't like what they see or see themselves bigger than what they are) I would see myself in the mirror, love what I saw and thought I was smaller than what I was. Later I'd see the photos and see it didn't quite match up to what my mind saw. Today I had the GOAT of NSV's. Not only did I see myself and was fine with what I saw in the mirror at the time, I later saw my photo and what I saw matched what was in my mind. It seemed normal to see this photo and know exactly who that was. Am I perfect? Hell no. Can I improve? Always. But being able to not think about my weight and seeing a photo match up to my mental perception is a feeling I can't really explain. I always knew I was there, it's just reality didn't match up. .
not just the girl in my mind. Maybe I'm having a good day, or good week. Maybe next week won't be like today. But I have to share this because if I don't, I won't have something to look back on when I'm having a bad day. I want to remember what today felt like. So if you're having a great day or have a victory to celebrate, no matter how big or small it may seem to others, share it. For yourself. You'll have something to look back on and remind you why it's worth it to keep going. It's your journey, and you shouldn't be embarrassed to share it. .
Sorry for the long post (and for my bra showing 😂🤷🏼♀️) and yes, I do have loose skin.
