If I don’t eat before I’m off to work I get nauseous, but then I’m hungry later in the evening after I’ve used all my macros. It’s very trial and error right now. One of my toughest workouts. Not because I didn’t have energy or felt weak, but because I pushed myself. I kept thinking to myself “It’s one hour out of your day... push yourself!” .
I’m not gonna lie, I felt like crying a little 😁 but I got over it quick and kept pushing through. .
Donnie always helps soften things up by teasing and messing around in there. Sometimes when I get too intense, he stays away lol 😂 .
16 1/2 hours into my fast. Just made my electrolytes for the day so sip sip baby 💁♀️

What is everyone’s cheat day/meal philosophy? I get asked a lot if I have a cheat day. At this time I do not. I am trying to change that entire mind set I have about food. I do “low carb/keto” how ever you want to label it because it is a lifestyle I can maintain. I can always find an option/substitutions for flavors/textures my body craves. If I Put in my mind I have a cheat day that’s all I’ll think about and all I’ll look forward to & for me that is the type of thinking I want to eradicate. If I need to have a “cheat day” that means I’m not satisfied with my day to day food options and that this isn’t a real lifestyle I can maintain. If I need to give myself permission or a dedicated day to eat food then I am not truly changing my lifestyle and relationship with food. This is of course how I view cheat days bc this is what has kept me on point. My husband always breaks carbs (that’s what we call it when you go over your carbs for the day) any holidays, get togethers, whatever it is, if it’s even a smidge of a special day he breaks carbs. That’s just him, we are one but our goals are still specific to our individual needs. Now with all that said if I do go out and feel the need to eat something higher in carbs then I absolutely will but I do not have a designated day to eat bad. .

“It’s been 2 months since I decided to do my #ketodiet for my overweighted struggle I had for these years. and I roughly lost 15 lbs ( about 6-7kg ) for now. I actually lost weight super quick in first 2-3 weeks (about 10 lbs) and after that it went slower.
Any diet I’ve tried, it has never last long as “Keto”.
After moved to LA from NYC, these struggle life and stress life in LA made me to love cooking and eating because it was my way of releasing stresses. And no walking plus driving car life in LA of course started to give me more weight day by day 😑🙄 ( cus I always had life with walking in Tokyo and NYC 🚶🏻♀️🏃🏻♀️ ).
For some reason, I started to do this #keto diet, and the fact, this gave me no suffering or missing something. I still eat a lot, eating well, more concentration, less sleeping (but feeling better) motivated.

10 minute Huevos Rancheros 🍳
I make huevos rancheros many different ways, but I had a few bell peppers that I needed to use and made this quick and easy breakfast.
•onion •bell peppers
•salt & pepper •butter, oil or fat of choice
In a pan, use your favorite fat to lightly sauté the onions and bell peppers(they will finish cooking with the eggs). Create small “wells “ so you can crack the eggs in between the veggies. Sprinkle with salt and pepper, cover and cook for 10 minutes. Pair with bacon and avocado for a more savory dish...enjoy😊
This picture makes me feel really emotional...I was so sad. You can see it on my face. I woke up every single day and the first thought that would pop into my brain was how much I hated myself for getting so heavy. I never thought that would happen to me. I was athletic in high school and had a nice figure..never in a million years thought that I’d be tipping the scales at 300lbs. Keto has literally saved my life. I am happy now. I’m confident. I’m PROUD of myself. Tomorrow makes 9 months since I decided to change my life. Only 9 months...if you’re feeling like that girl on the left and you don’t think you can do it..I PROMISE you can. Educate yourself and dedicate yourself. Waking up and feeling good about yourself makes all the difference. 💕 I ain’t done yet! .
