Pero no existe siquiera correlación, de ningún tipo, entre comer constantemente y tener buena salud, de hecho, es justo lo contrario. Pero quienes lo dicen no ganan dinero cuando ayunas
NO deben realizar ayunos:
🔹Personas malnutridas o con bajo porcentaje de grasa
🔹Bebés, niños y adolescentes
🔹mujeres embarazadas o en lactancia
Al comer la insulina se eleva indicando a nuestro organismo que almacene parte de la energía de la comida como grasa, para usarla más adelante. Este mecanismo ha ayudado a la especie humana a sobrevivir hambrunas, pero una insulina excesiva y persistentemente elevada resulta en obesidad . Desde este punto de vista, la solución es sencilla:
REDUCIR LA INSULINA
La dieta cetogénica, Low carb
y el ayuno intermitente son excelentes métodos para reducirla y por ende, hacernos más sensibles al efecto de la insulina.
Estimular de forma constante a la insulina nos lleva a la resistencia a la insulina
Por supuesto el ayuno no es una barra libre para comer lo que quieras y esperar milagros, aunque sí te puedes permitir pequeños placeres o acudir a actos sociales. Fung recomienda:
Una dieta nutritiva con alimentos completos y no procesados.
Elimina o reduce al máximo azúcares y cereales refinados
Comer grasas naturales (aceite de oliva, aguacate, frutos secos..etc)
Evitar grasas artificiales presentes en aceites vegetales no frutales, y las trans presentes en alimentos procesados.
Came VERY close to dropping this Spicy Spaghetti Squash Bolognese during the photo op 🍝 All I have to say is this Bolognese sauce is one of my favourite things rn and it’s SO easy to make. If you’re looking for a good pasta alternative, I personally find Spaghetti Squash to be the most satisfying option. This recipe is grain free/ gluten free & dairy free! Make it vegan by adding lentils and more veggies instead of meat 🌿
Spicy Bolognese Sauce:
1 tbsp avocado oil
1 yellow onion, chopped
2 tsp garlic, minced
1 carrot, chopped
1 lb cooked ground beef or turkey
1 small zucchini, chopped
12-15 mushrooms sliced
1 green pepper, chopped
1 jar tomato sauce
1 tbsp oregano
1 tbsp basil
¼ cup nutritional yeast
½ tsp salt
¼ tsp pepper
2-3 tbsp chili sauce (optional)
Basil for topping
Heat a large pan on medium heat with oil. Add in onion, garlic and carrot. Cook for 5 minutes stirring often.
Add in meat, zucchini, mushrooms & green pepper. Cook for another 5 minutes.
Pour in tomato sauce, oregano, basil, nutritional yeast, salt, pepper and chili sauce. Bring to a boil, then let simmer for 15 minutes.
Serve over spaghetti squash or your favourite noodles.

One thing that I've been working hard on since the new year, positive self talk. 💬
I've always been pretty good about maintaining a positive attitude and keeping positive thoughts and words flowing through my brain; however "pretty good" is not good enough if it's not my "best." 💪
A few things that I've implemented that help IMMENSELY with keeping a positive attitude: 👇
✅ When I think of something negative, I immediately resort to asking this question of myself: "How can this help me?"
✅ If I get sad, angry, frustrated depressed (everyone does), I accept the feelings they bring, but don't stay in that emotional state long. I make a conscious decision to move beyond it.
✅ I engage in positive affirmations on a daily basis. I'll admit, sometimes I forget to do this, but I can't tell you how powerful this has been for me. Be your biggest fan, it works.
🤔 I hope this can impact how you talk to yourself/feel on a daily basis. If you don't do any, or all of the above, try it out and see how it works for you.

Hey guys back with a another post i decided to do a keto cut again for a while till i get to my goal weight. I always looked at to why i always mess up and that is being in a susatinable calorie deficit over time and going to low to were i feel hungry. Pretty much the reason why i doing this is because i am not as active during the winter and mostly am active in spring summer and fall time, just not riding my bike to work until spring so we will see how this goes i have a game plan and ill tell you what im going to do.
1.Each month ill be tapering down the percentage by 5 percent(tahts if i haven't lose any weight then i would)
2. Eat more protein and dont worry about fat macros in my food, because honestly i been switching to high protein, modified fats , and low carb at leadt 50 grams a day. Since i have alot of fat i dont need to eat alot of fat.
3. No cheat meals
4. Doing daily weigh ins everyday, no i know your thinnking gerald is that to much and i say no to me i like to see my weight trend and everything like to see the numbers go up and down to just get an idea of what it is. Yeah i know its not the best way to do that but just a rough estiment.
5. Slow progress is still progress and being consistent is better then being perfect.
So that is what i am doing and i feel confident ill do good this time any ways lets do this will post weigh ins and everything on my snap chat and also insta story and meals everyday lets get it !!!!!!

Keto Cheesecake!! 😍🍰🤤 INGREDIENTS
Cooking spray, for pan
1/2 c. almond flour
1/2 c. coconut flour
1/4 c. shredded coconut
1/2 c. (1 stick) butter, melted
3 (8-oz.) blocks cream cheese, softened to room temperature
16 oz. sour cream, at room temperature
1 tbsp. Stevia
2 tsp. pure vanilla extract
3 large eggs, at room temperature
sliced strawberries, for serving
DIRECTIONS * Preheat oven to 300°. Grease an 8 or 9-inch springform pan, and cover the bottom and edges with foil. In a medium bowl, mix together the flours, coconut, and butter. Press the crust into the bottom and a little up the sides of the prepared pan. Place the pan in the fridge while you make the filling.
* In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese and sour cream together, then beat in the stevia and vanilla. Add the eggs one at a time, mixing after each addition. Spread the filling evenly over the crust. * Place cheesecake in a deep roasting pan and set on middle rack of oven. Carefully pour enough boiling water into roasting pan to come halfway up sides of springform pan. Bake for 1 hour to 1 hour 20 minutes, until it only slightly jiggles in the center. Turn oven off, but leave the cake in the oven with the door slightly ajar to cool slowly for an hour.
* Remove pan from water bath and take off foil then let chill in the fridge for at least five hours or overnight. Slice and garnish with strawberries.
