I cracked the code to Crispy Chicken wings!
1: wash the wings- then make sure they are Dry... like... really dry!
2: keep them at room temperature and season them with salt, pepper, a little garlic salt and a little onion salt.
3: coat with cold pressed extra virgin oil or avocado oil and mix well
4: let sit on the counter for 1 hour
5: bake as close to the heat source as you can. I use this countertop oven. 325 degrees for 25 minute - turning once in that time
6: turn them back and broil 500 degrees for 15 minutes - turning once again in that 15 minutes.

New phone...who dis? Um...if I can make this 'amazing looking basically work of art and the prettiest thing I've ever made', then anyone can! I'm not good at baking and routinely have to throw away stuff I've baked, because it's gross. Not this time my friends! I'm officially a grown up! I got this silicone mold thingy at TJ Max when I was roaming its magical isles one blessed night. I was getting some major looks from my kids' Halloween candy last night, so I said 'no way Jose' and decided to bake something quick myself. Instead of making my usual Double Chocolate Flourless goodness in Brownie form, I decided to shove the batter into the above mentioned silicone tray thingy and magic!!!! Who wants the recipe? One bowl, everything gets mixed at once and then poured and baked in receptacle of choice. Also, poured some ganache (just Lilly's chocolate chips with HWC melted in the microwave) over these adorable mini bundt cakes and topped with chopped hazelnuts. Baller!
💥Bolo de cenoura low carb 🍰🥕🍫💥 ( eu testei algumas receitas e acabei fazendo uma própria ).
Ingredientes para a massa: ( vc encontra tudo na @divina_terra )
1 cenoura grande
2 colheres de sopa de óleo de coco líquido. ( usei com sabor ).
2 ovos médios
1/2 xícara de farinha de amêndoas.
2 colheres de sopa de farinha de coco.
2 colheres de psyllium ( @giroil )
1/3 xícara de adoçante ( usei erytritol ).
1 colher de sobremesa de fermento em pó.
Ingredientes para a cobertura:
1/2 xícara de chocolate sem açúcar .
1 colher de chá de erytritol.
2 colheres de sopa de creme de leite.
Modo de fazer:
Bata no liquidificador a cenoura, o óleo de coco e os ovos.
Em um recipiente misture a farinha de amêndoas, a farinha de coco, o psyllium , o adoçante e o fermento.
Misture os ingredientes batidos com a mistura seca do recipiente até virar uma massa homogênea.
Unte uma forma com óleo de coco e despeje a massa. ( não vai estar líquida, use uma colher para ajudar ).
Leve ao forno pré aquecido em 180 graus por 35 minutos.
Derreta no microondas o chocolate , o óleo de coco e o creme de leite. (No meu microondas foram 45 segundos).Misture bem e despeje o chocolate por cima do bolo desenformado.

It’s normal to get soooo excited about a new diet or workout plan because as humans we have this desire to improve and make changes and have success, but what I have realized (after years of making the “perfect plan” about 5000x’s and sticking to it for a few days or a week if I was lucky and never sticking to it, is that know matter how boring it is, we need to start slow. I totally understand that you want to make all of these big changes right now and change your whole life and be this new person, but I promise you that if you just pick ONE SINGLE THING this week to add into your routine whether that’s meditating, going for more walks, eating a salad everyday, drinking 8 cups of water each day, etc... that you will get benefits faster doing it that way because you’ll ACTUALLY stick to it instead of coming up with this big plan and never following through and doing it over and over and over. I want you to have success with your health! I’ve seen it first hand in my life. So pick ONE habit for this week and COMMIT! Tell me what habit you pick below so we can all be committed together and actually follow through👏🏻💗👇🏻
My girls and I are going to LONDON one month from yesterday, and I’ve been pretty not keto committed (but haven’t gained anything back 😜) so to prepare myself and my body for 100% not keto I will be when I’m on vacation, I’ve kicked it back into gear today with 3 meals to last me the week. •
First, I made egg muffins with spinach, white onion, cheddar and feta. Whisk it all together and pop them in the oven for about 12 minutes. •
Next,I have tofu stir fry 3 ways. I can’t cook tofu for shit so I love the pre marinated packages at Whole Foods. I just crisp them up with peppers, onions and garlic. They come with enough sauce so there’s no need to add any extra. I did sesame garlic, teriyaki and Thai peanut. Not super keto strict but
whateverrrr. 😴 •
Lastly, I have my world famous veggie chili. Throw some peppers, onions, garlic, veggie broth, chili powder and @gardein beef crumbles into your crock pot and let it simmer. I added fajita seasoning this time too for a little extra flare. 🔥 •
Chopped up some celery to have with Whole Foods spinach dip for a snack. •
It feels really good to have nice meals planned out for the week. Cooking and planning helps me a lot mentally so when I feel super anxious I love to research new recipes or figure out how to make something more keto friendly. Or just bake a bunch of muffins. 😂 Not only do I feel good, I look the best I have in years! Down 30 pounds since June and I’m hoping to drop at leeeeast 5 more pounds before my trip. 10 pounds if I’m lucky and stop drinking pumpkin beers but we shall see. ;) 🎃 •
You put some ground beef to defrost in the fridge all day. Dinner time rolls around, seemingly out of nowhere, and you have no idea what to make with it. You waste time grasping for straws on Pinterest and forget about all those cookbooks that require so much forethought. Room temperature eggs? Obscure ingredients? Please...ain't nobody got time for that. You're frustrated, the kids are hangry and you're about to give up on your budget and go out to eat. Or get tge Halloween cansdy out and call it a day. Girrl....I get it and I got your back! 🥗Throw that ground beef in a pan, break it up with a wooden spoon, brown it and season it. Add a bag of shaved brussel sprouts and a bag of broccoli or cabbage slaw, half a chopped onion. Saute for a few min till tender, season some more, and add a shake or two of coconut aminos or soy sauce. Dinner is freakin' done in under 10 min. It would take longer for your kids to find their shoes, remember they need to go potty, forget to wash hands and flush, go back, come back and get buckled to go out to eat. Serve with sriracha, or cheese or sour cream, or all of the above. Any veggie and meat combo will work just as well here. Even faster to chop some precooked brats. Perfect #semihomemade keto meal and everyone loves it and thinks you're #wonderwoman. No, I'm not doing the dishes too. I cook, you clean. Dunzo!
HOW I LOVE MONDAYS!!!😍 When ur shopping that is! 🤗went to @wincofoods to grab some of their meats that are not usually found in ur common grocery stores - so I'm craving for Kare Kare, A Savory Filipino dish that uses PEANUT BUTTER - yes...peanut butter in a dish 🤗 so I went there to buy some #oxtail and #tripe and found their pork picnic roast with skin on! 😍I love this store so much! 😍I also call in and I asks if they have a #porkbelly available, if not they can order it for me - how awesome is that? I usually make a #lechonbellyroll for special occasions. I also found some #pigsfeet and make Paksiw na Pata (Pig's Feet Stew) with some coconut amino and erythritol and banana blossom... Omg it's so good!!!😍 their cheese are FTW too! And I also stocked up with Almond flour, vital wheat flour, macadamia nuts and toasted peanuts from their bulk section. I wish they carry #bokchoy tho so I am not going to another grocery store to get some but overall, if u are stocking up meats - go to @wincofoods 😍💕

🍞Pão de frigideira low carb 🍞
Muito fácil e rápido de fazer.
Vc encontra os ingredientes na @divina_terra .
2 ovos 🥚
2 colheres 🥄 de sopa caprichadas de farinha de amêndoa.
1 colher 🥄 de sopa de psyllium ( fibra @giroil ). Serve pra deixar a massa fofa e macia.
1/2 colher de chá de fermento.
1 pitada de sal e outro tempero a gosto. (Usei alho em pó )
Modo de fazer:
Bata bem os 2 ovos antes de adicionar o restante dos ingredientes.
Misture tudo em um recipiente até ficar uma massa homogênea.
Deixe repousar por 3 min em temperatura ambiente.
Unte uma frigideira pequena ( usei azeite ) despeje toda a mistura e coloque em fogo 🔥 BAIXO. Em fogo médio ou alto não da certo.
Espalhe um pouco na frigideira mas deixe a mistura um pouco grossa para poder rechear o pão no final . Tampe a frigideira.
Quando ver que a parte de baixo começou a dourar , vire a massa e deixe dourar o outro lado. ( Fique atento que o segundo lado não demora muito e pode queimar ).
Desligue a frigideira, parta o pão no meio e recheie com o que quiser. Eu mostrei nos stories o que fiz com o meu. Keto Pumpkin Pound Cake!
Mix all the ingredients well in a bowl and bake at 300 for 30-45 mins (or until toothpick test)
Feel free to play around with the flour, I ended up having to add some milk because it was too thick. Almond flour and coconut flour have very different textures so be patient and find out what works best for your recipe! I added walnuts to the top of mine 😋 Enjoy!

So this is what happened last night ....Extra Cheesy Breadsticks ..... courtesy of @kaseytrenumblogger ... Oh, my ... these were ... the 💣💣💣! .
So easy to make .. and so delicious ... .
Recipe : 4 eggs, 1 oz cream cheese ( room temp ), salt, Italian seasoning, 1/4 tsp baking powder, 4 Tbsp butter ( melted and cooled off a little bit ), 1 1/2 cups mozzarella cheese , 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, 1/4 cup coconut flour, garlic powder. Mix all in a bowl, pour in a greased ( don’t forget this step !! ) baking dish, top with more mozzarella and Parmesan cheese, and more Italian seasoning .... Bake at 400 for about 20 minutes ( that’s how long mine took, since I don’t have a working broiler - if you do, bake about 7 minutes, get them out, cut them with a pizza cutter, and bake for about 7 more minutes ...... and finish by placing them under the broiler for about 2 minutes ).... 👅So good ..... .
