So many people are so worried about screwing up. Especially posting things on IG waiting for the Keto police to arrive 😂. Just relax! I know my limits. I can have a mildly high carb food for one meal and still be in ketosis. It’s not a one shoe fits all with diets and healthy eating. If you feel good in the mirror and feel positive within your self, that’s really all that matters. That is after all the end goal.

Breaking my fast with all the things. Not sure if I’ll be able to finish it all but I’ll sure try 😉 meatballs lightly tossed in Rao’s & topped with shredded mozzarella cheese. 2 Italian sausage links & a low carb jalapeño bagel 🤤
One of my favorite keto friendly breakfasts this morning at just 1 net carb! Two organic eggs, a few pieces of mozzarella melted into the omelette and a little spoonful of guacamole! (By guacamole i mean avocado, a squeeze of lemon and salt) 😛
~BACON WRAPPED CREAM CHEESE STUFFED CHICKEN BREASTS~
Prep Time: 15 mins Cooking Time: 35 mins Serves: 4
Ingredients: 1 lb. Boneless skinless chicken breast cut into 4 - 4 ounce pieces
4 tablespoons cream cheese
¼ cup Pepperjack cheese, shredded
2 tablespoons green onion, chopped
4 to 8 pieces of bacon
Directions:Cut chicken into 4 equal size pieces. Pound breast so it is about ¼" thick.
Mix together softened cream cheese, chopped green onions and shredded pepperjack cheese. Put ¼ of this mixture into the middle of each piece of chicken.
Starting at the long side, roll chicken breast up, keeping the cheese mixture to the middle.
Wrap 1 to 2 slices of bacon around the chicken breast, secure with toothpick, if needed.
Place on baking sheet and back for 30 minutes at 375 degrees F.
Broil topside for about 5 minutes to fully brown and crisp bacon. Turn each breast over and broil for another 3 minutes or so to crisp up the bottom side.

10 slices bacon
1/2 c. avocado
1 tbsp. lime juice
1 tbsp. Kosher salt
Freshly ground black pepper
3/4 c. cooked shredded chicken
3 tbsp. chopped tomatoes
1/4 c. shredded iceberg lettuce
2 tbsp. ranch dressing, plus more for dipping
Preheat oven to 400º. On a large baking sheet with a wire rack placed on top, line 5 slices bacon slices side by side. Lift one end of every other bacon slice and place another bacon slice on top of the lifted pieces. Lay the slices back down. Next, lift opposite bacon slices back and place a bacon slice on top. Lay the slices back down.
Repeat the weaving process until you have a bacon weave of 5 strips by 5 strips.
Bake until the bacon is cooked but still pliable, about 25 minutes. Let cool slightly.
Meanwhile, in a small bowl, mash avocado until only small chunks remain. Stir in lime juice and season with salt and pepper to taste.
Transfer bacon weave to a work surface and pat with paper towels to drain fat.
Spread a thin layer of the avocado mixture on half of the bacon weave, then top with shredded chicken, shredded lettuce, and tomato. Drizzle with ranch dressing.
Starting from the bottom, roll bacon over and slice in half.

🙌❤️Keto has done so much for me, but here are the top 5 things that I love:
1️⃣ It cured my social anxiety and depression to where I finally feel in control of my own thoughts and emotions.
2️⃣ It’s given me so much sustained energy, which has allowed me to level up on my fitness goals and be able to be more in the moment with my family, kids, and friends.
3️⃣ My sleep quality is significantly better and I feel well rested, even with less sleep.
4️⃣ It has made staying lean easy for me, unlike before when I was constantly having to manipulate my macros and incorporate painful calorie restriction in order to achieve the same fitness goals.
5️⃣ For the first time in my life, I am no longer terrified about eating fats, and I get to enjoy foods that are not only healthier for me, but also taste amazing-including having bacon whenever I choose! BAM! Winning! Lol.
