The coconut chicken soup from @goodstocksoups is like tom kha gai except with waaaaay higher quality ingredients than I'm used to from my local Thai place. Plus, my home delivery order came with some maple-sweetened granola that you KNOW I had a spoonful of. If It Fits Your Macros, right?!

Last night’s dinner: Chicken Parmesan with #spaghetti. Just 16 carbs total, will feed 6 people. So, leftovers tonight! It was out of this world!
Preheat oven to 375.
Pound down chicken to 1/4 inch.
Dredge in coconut flour.
Cover with egg mixture.
“Bread” with crushed pork rinds, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, salt & pepper.
Pan fry in olive oil.
Transfers to cookie sheet.
Spoon about a tablespoon of RAO’s marinara sauce over each piece.
Cover with mozzarella.
Place in oven until mozzarella is bubbly.
While chicken is in oven, pan fry zucchini noodles with olive oil, garlic powder, salt and pepper. When cooked, add Parmesan cheese and RAO’s marinara.
Serve and enjoy!

So I decided to give some of my home workouts a try again. Crappy day out and didn’t feel like heading to the gym. .
Flat out honest here - 80 Day Obsession is NOT NOT for me. The workout is way to long. 60 mins for a home workout - no thank you. After half the session I got completely bored. The bands drove me bonkers not staying in place .
This program might be a favorite for you - but you know what not everything is for everyone. You sometimes need to find your own path and likes. .
Just like one meal plan and diet isn’t for some people but others get great results. Find what is your path and works for YOU! .
Tomorrow I’m going to go back to my fav home program - Country Heat. Mix it up with my Keto living and ketones - see where it takes me over the next 30 days.

When I saw @keto.copy post the other day I just knew I needed to copy her! 😻 I didn’t have any pepperonis but I did have some chicken breast and roasted jalapeños leftover so I diced them up and added them to my cheese. OMG this is so freaking good. Let it cool a little and the outside turns crispy.
