Hello guys, I wanted to introduce myself.
My name is Olga and I’m originally from Latvia, Riga. I’m from the russian speaking minority of Latvia. Although I still can speak Latvian. Also I speak English and French a little bit. Having a great start in my childhood I mean in terms of food and environment it was hard to destroy my health by experimenting with a vegan 🌱 a raw vegan diet. Also as most of you were going skinny me was going a bit fat due to diabetes type 2, I hardly can digest anything that contains grains. It makes me blow enormously. And as you know if you are a vegan you mostly eat grains and beans. It was leaving me always with huge stomach and when I was on vegan raw diet which is I think is still good by the way when combined with meat and fish. I was getting a terrible acne from eating too much sugar. I’m on more or less carnivore diet around 1 month, a-t-il eating grains, but much less.
What is your experience?
Super quick and easy dinner while I tend to my hangry headache. Half pound of ground beef cooked with some nacho cheese dip.topped with crema mexicana and scallions... forgot I dont like green onions that much though. Way too many! Lol

Tonight I saw a friend that I haven’t seen since October and when she saw me her jaw just dropped. She started laughing in celebration for me and asked “where’s the rest of you?” Some may find that rude, but I didn’t. I took it as the compliment it was and laughed right a long with her, and thanked her for noticing the changes. It was the exact encouragement I needed today as I was in one of those moments where I couldn’t see the weight loss. Sometimes we get blinded to it, and it’s encounters like this, as well as pictures like this, that remind us how far we’ve come. Today I am so grateful for the people who encourage me. Today I was reminded not to focus on the fact that I still have 60% to go to be at goal, but instead to remember that I have already obtained 40% of my goal... and that’s something to be proud of! ❤️
Life is not about how we look, but sometimes you still need to be told that you look amazing. ❤️

**no exercise, diet only and I lost most of the weight the first three months keto!**
I’ll never forget seeing that pic on the left, all I wanted was a cute pic of me and my youngest, my husband took it sitting down and I blamed him for my “bad angle” but the truth was, every angle was bad when I was obese. I avoided pictures like the plague and did my best to keep my weight a secret. I didn’t want anyone to know I had let myself go. I was so ashamed and embarrassed and preoccupied with what others may think that I neglected to consider how I really felt. I was miserable in my own body. I used to leave my bathroom fan off while I showered so the steam would cover the mirrors, I couldn’t stand to even catch a glimpse of myself. It was truly awful to feel like that. And I haven’t forgotten. Keto has been the wind beneath my wings. I wish I could sit here and say it was so hard to change but it really wasn’t when I found keto way of eating. There’s a keto version of everything! Keto made it easy to stick to, cut my awful sugar cravings, decreased my hunger. People that don’t know what Keto is thinks it’s something I sell “sign me up” “how can I buy this”
You don’t! You goto the store and buy some low carb groceries and get yourself into ketosis then watch the fat melt. It really angers me still hearing about Jillian Michaels and other keto nay-sayers. Sorry you can’t sell us keto hunny👏🏼🚫 .

I almost didn’t share a #transformationtuesday picture after the whole debacle yesterday with my bikini photo. Apparently being a mom I am not allowed to wear a bikini or have a rear end 🤷🏼♀️But you know what, I am a FANTASTIC mother that loves her children more than anything. I teach them to love and respect themselves and others. So if my photos offend you please keep on scrolling because I worked my LITERAL ass off to be able to wear a bikini with confidence. ——
I just got back from a tropical trip with my hubby and this was the first time I truly felt comfortable in my own skin. I played beach volleyball, I went swimming, I ate, and I danced all while in a bathing suit. That may not seem like a big deal to many, but preketo I was the QUEEN of props and crazy positioning to “hide” my rolls, muffin top, and stretch marks. Big beach bags covered my stomach, flowy coverups, huge hats, heck I would walk around babywearing without the baby in the carrier just to hide my stomach🤣 Now you may think, “Kas you are thin now so that’s why you feel confident”. But I have been maintaining my goal weight(60lbs down thank you keto) for well over a year now and this is the first time I truly just couldn’t give two 💩 about what others thought. Do I still have stretch marks? Yup! Do I still have loose skin? Yup! But I am just so proud of how hard I have worked and I have truly changed not only how I see myself but also how I talk about myself. You don’t magically hit a number and a switch flips and you say, “damn girl you look great”! No matter what size you are you will ALWAYS be able to find something to pick apart. You have to make the effort to love you. For that last year and a half I have looked in the mirror and told myself 3 things I love about me. I start my day off as positive as I can. And you know what, the day has finally come where I not only love myself but I am confident in my own skin! The woman on the left is beautiful. She is a mother. She is strong. But she didn’t know it yet. My before and after isn’t saying that one is “right” or more beautiful than the other. Both are me. It’s my journey to heath, self love, confidence,&an itsy tini bikini🤣

AVOCADOS 🥑 + BROWNIES!? Name a better combination 😉
We combined some of the best ingredients to make a decadent chocolatey treat:
✔️ 3 oz almond flour
✔️ 1 tsp baking powder
✔️ 2 avocados
✔️ 4 tbsp cocoa powder
✔️ ¼ cup erythritol
✔️ 3 tbsp coconut oil
✔️ 2 eggs
✔️ 3.5oz dark chocolate baking chips (melted)
Macros: 14 grams of fat, 2.4 grams of net carbs, 6.6 grams of fiber, 3.8 grams of protein
-Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
-Peel avocados, remove nut and place in bowl.
-Mash up until similar texture to mashed potatoes.
-Add the rest of the ingredients to the bowl until mixed well.
-Cover a 30cmx20cm baking dish with parchment paper.
-Pour ingredients from bowl in the baking dish.
-Place in the oven and bake for 35 minutes.
