Friendsgiving with my new work family today and my contribution is a harvest kale salad. I’d show you better pic of the salad, but truly the star is this honey spiked goat cheese from @traderjoes. Added to kale massaged with @tessemaes honey balsamic dressing, roasted sweet potatoes, long grain brown & white rice, dried cranberries, and @traderjoes pumpkin spiced pumpkin seeds — WOW. If you’re going to bring a salad to an otherwise non-salad event, this is the one to bring!

Trying to up my greens game (scary how quickly I can let this habit can slide!) with a breakfast salad this morning. @organicgirl spring mix with scrambled eggs, @usingers chicken apple sausage and a dressing made from @tessemaes honey mustard, mayo and coconut aminos. With a toasted @rudisorganic English muffin to round it out.
Dinner is my favorite. Tonight I took bell peppers and filled them with leftover crockpot chicken, feta, hot sauce and cheddar cheese. I then topped them off with sour cream and fresh cilantro. 🙌🏼🌮 How do you transform your leftovers? #brittsbestplate#cookingwithlove#ketoleftovers
