3 ingredient crispy/spicy beans:
1. can of rinsed white beans (chickpeas my preference; they're sturdier)
2. a splash of liquid (oil, salad dressing, mustard, hot sauce... or an ancient takeout soy sauce packet as pictured)
3. any spice or salt
combine...then shake or stir. bake at 350 for about half an hour. these are great in bowls, wraps, as a snack, or as a 'crouton'-type topping for salad or soup.

4. Meditation, Cleansing Chakras(YouTube is Awesome & Free!) ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
5. READ OFTEN & Digest, be present whilst doing so(I can give many many book recommendations for giggles, learning & relaxation)
6. Love your friends, family, people around you, surround yourself hourly, daily, weekly what ever it takes to BE with these humans 👩👩👦👦👨👨👦👦👩👩👧👦💁🏽♀️
The list goes on.... Mental Health is serious. 👀

If I hadn’t have done plenty the above ☝🏽over the years I would be in a pickle.
I have PCOS a “disease” so the doctors call it 😂😂 that can easily dive you into the deepest depression but I stay clear because moping gets you no where. 😎
