Woooooohoooooo I have made it back to the island and this wonderful being. Starting the day with feet in the sand, salt in my hair & coconut water dripping off my chin 😊 India still sings through my veins but it's good to be back by the ocean with this one keeping it #healthyhappywild ✨ #breakfastofchampions#homeagain#lifeinlamu

First week of work meal prep for the win! I knew starting a new job would be hard, but even then underestimated just how tired I’d be by the time I got home each night. Meeting new people, learning new systems, wearing real clothes all day! Add in commuting traffic (that oddly seemed to get worse as the week goes on!) and I’ve been truly just a limp blanket at night. It’s been such a relief to come home and warm up (a healthy, nutritious) dinner and know that lunch was also packed for the next day. Meal prep is a ton of work, but when I’m annoyed that I’m spending a chunk of the precious weekend in the kitchen, I have to remember what a relief it’s been this week to have it all done for me.
Lunch today: roasted spaghetti squash with a tomato mushroom sauce and big scoop of ricotta. #notasaddesklunch at all!
Seriously struggling with hunger today. .. trying to keep snacking healthy and relatively low calorie.
It's not the food I'm eating as I've had plenty of volume, I just think my little Cub is hungry in there!
An Aldi rice cake bar and half a punnet of blueberries... Could be a lot worse 👿
Sometimes I wear normal clothes and I look good! 🤣🤦🏻♂️
Picture from a few months ago with the family visiting from Spain. I just want to tell you a bit more about myself as a normal person! •
On previous posts you’ve seen that I try to always be on the mindset of hard working and pushing myself. I’ve had a few conversations this week with clients and gym members and I’ve got the vibe from a few of them that training and life in general it’s easier for me. 🤨
Why is this? My clients and my close friends know that I’m always on a good mood, smiling and worrying about people. As everyone else I’ve got personal problems, relationships, bills, house, insecurities, etc. What is the difference then? Why do they feel that way about me or my life? •
There’s a massive difference between try to not show weaknesses and don’t let your internal emotions affect your everyday. And this is the main point I think is important to understand and work on.
It doesn’t matter what is your situation right now, you’re going to be happier sometimes and sadder another times but is up to you how do you let your problems affect you. And again I only believe in 2 kinds of persons. Winners or losers. On every situation you’re either winning or losing. •
Which one are you?

SNACCIDENT . . .
I just went to the gym & I’m out for dinner. I really want to try & stay relatively on track but after a decent weights session, I’m hungry & don’t think I can wait until dinner! I know that this makes me more likely to overindulge...so... here it is, my answer to that! ☺️ . . .
Boiled egg, wrapped in a sheet of fresh ham. Took less than 10 minutes to make, less than 1 minutes to scoff, but I know it’ll keep me away from the olives, the nuts, the extra sides👌🏼 I’m really off runny yolks at the moment so I boiled it for 7.5 minutes. Go a minute less for a runny yolk! I’m also not into protein shakes either. I’d rather eat my calories 🤪 #postworkout#snack#exercise#fitness#protein#lowcarb#postworkoutidea#health#stayontrack#nocheatdayshere#diet#nutrition#glutenfree#freefrom#coeliac#allergies
