New smoothie alert! Who adds food grade diatomaceous earth into their smoothies? I bought this a while back after joining a parasite fb group (that’s a whole other comical and educational story lol) and they recommended DE. Hubby asks for a smoothie and mentions this so we thought we give it a go. Added the muesli in as well. It’s delicious! Shoot... as I am typing I realized I forgot to add my collagen in, added! Trying to stay healthy when I really want to eat chips and salsa after the day I had! What’s keeps you motivated to stay healthy?

Kale chips in T -20 mins!
So easy. Organic kale cut into bite sized pieces. Drizzle in olive oil. Top with your favorite seasonings...here I used cayenne and pink salt. I like to use garlic and nutritional yeast sometimes too! Whats’s your favorite kale chip recipe?!

Panzanella, the Italian bread salad traditionally made with tomatoes, is one of my favorite go-tos when I’ve got some stale bread that needs to be revived #nofoodwaste! By turning the bread into crispy croutons and then tossing it with a simple dressing, the bread softens a bit but takes on all the other flavors in the salad!
My formula for a killer panzanella:
-your favorite bread cubed and toasted up in the oven until golden
-a simple vinaigrette, tossed with the bread then let rest ~15min
-a big handful of greens (whatever your heart fancies--I’m partial to arugula and dino kale)
-roasted and raw veg (I went with roasted cauliflower today & thinly sliced cucumbers)
-protein of your choice (today I did a fillet of harissa-roasted salmon!!)
-extras! such as: Toasted nuts! A sprinkling of seeds! Fresh herbs! Crumbled cheese! Go wild!
So while this formula may be far from the bread salads that graced the tables of Tuscany for centuries before me, it’s one of my most favorite ways to use up some past-prime bread. And it makes me happy!

Some roasted potatoes, sautéed kale and salmon trout and I’m a happy gal 🙌🏼
For the roasted potatoes, I just cut them into smaller pieces, add some olive oil, salt, pepper and dry thyme and roast in oven at 200C/400C for about 30 min 👌🏼

Pour les pommes de terre, je les coupe en morceaux, ajoute huile d’olive, sel, poivre, thym séché et je les fais rôtir au four à 200C pendant environ 30 minutes!
