Ok so 21 days ended yesterday, did I follow the meal plan? No. Did I complete all the workouts? No. Heres the truth. Ive been working long shifts, 6 days a week just to have enough $$ for bills and $ for vacation next week. And to top things been having a rough 2 weeks with employees so Ive been in the kitchen ALOT and being around the fryers all the time starts to affect my breathing. But look I did see some results, not what I wanted but I didnt really work for it. Im normal and mess up but now is the time for best work ive got. Time to meal prep for my 53 hour work week, before going into work for 3 hours tonight
