Makes 3 servings per serving you receive:
· 1 lean protein
· 3 greens
· 3 condiments
· 15oz cooked ground beef
· 4 cups broccoli florets
· ½ cup green onion diced
· For the sauce:
· 1 tablespoon reduced-sugar ketchup
· 2 teaspoons dijon mustard
· 2 tablespoons soy sauce
· 1 teaspoons sriracha sauce
· 2 tablespoons water
· ½ teaspoon salt and ½ teaspoon pepper
1. Heat a large pan with a little oil and saute the ground beef until just cooked through. Add the onions. Cook together until the onions are soft.
2. In a bowl, mix together the ingredients for the sauce. Add 4 tablespoons of the sauce mixture to the pan and cook for 1 minute more.
3. Make a well in the middle of the pan and add the broccoli florets. Drizzle on the remaining sauce over the broccoli and then stir to combine. Cook everything together until the broccoli is vibrant green and crisp tender. Taste and adjust with salt and pepper if needed.

I've tried all things like cutting out carbs/white rice/processed/etc, didn't last because I never knew the proper way to do it - yes, exercise is always encouraged but really it all starts in the kitchen!

When is the last time you found a program that kept your interest; or a nutrition plan that you actually stuck with for longer than a week or two? I used to be JUST like that. I’d make it two weeks, wouldn’t see any results (or minimal) and I would give up and say it didn’t work. I remember telling friends once that my body was where it was comfortable and there was nothing I could do about it; and really didn’t care. Who was I kidding?!? ⠀⠀
When I turned my focus from becoming skinnier to becoming healthier, I found patience I didn’t know I had in me. All of a sudden it wasn’t about how much weight I could lose in X amount of time, but how well could I eat and workout to ensure I’m doing what is healthy for my heart, my body and my mind!!! ⠀⠀
I said earlier that I’ve never stuck to a plan longer than two weeks. Y’all, I am completing my 10th MONTH with this plan and I have no plans of quitting any time soon. Why?? Because it’s realistic; it’s about balance; it’s about getting healthy and staying healthy; it’s about not worrying about being perfect; and it fits my lifestyle. ⠀⠀

I would have never thought that listening to any kind of Personal Development would benefit me. Why would I want to listen to someone tell me how it is and how I should be? But the truth is, since becoming a coach, I have listened (Audible in the car, ftw!) or read various books about becoming the best version of myself.
If I miss a few days, I can feel it. Like, deep down in my soul. I need this and I feed off it. When I feel myself getting frustrated at life, I listen to PD. Even if it’s just 20 minutes a day, the words coming from these books fuel my mind. They put my head in the right place.
Negative thoughts about myself and others come around, but at the end of the day, I think back to my PD and say to myself “Is this even worth the fight”? 99.999999% of the time, it’s not. I’ll say this loud for those of you in the back, IT’S NOT WORTH THE FIGHT!
I encourage you to find a book you, such as the one pictured here. You’ll be astonished at how great your mind will feel as you make a habit of feeding your mind. .

My mom thought she had tried everything to lose weight and she was frustrated. We had family pictures taken in the fall, and it broke my heart with how bad she felt about herself in them.
In January I encouraged her to join me, to just give it a shot! I told her that her water bottle and tracker were on their way and to start watching the 2B Mindset videos.
She learned and would even send me pictures of the food she was making, how much weight she kept losing throughout the weeks. It was incredible, and I loved every message 😍
Fast forward 6 months. I am so proud of how far she has came. She is down 44 pounds and continuing to lose, but most importantly her Mindset has changed so much. She is gaining confidence, her view of food has changed, she is seeing sustainable results, and others are noticing!
I can't explain how proud I am of her and I love that we get to go through this journey together 💗

This is exactly how I needed to wake up this morning.
Coffee. Mask. And quiet time with my plants while I polished and watered them.
I am growing to love this whole “morning person life”. Those who know me know I will not wake up for anything before 8-9am. But setting my alarm for 5 am and deciding to make this small change because I found myself complaining that I have no “me time”. Now, with doing this for a few months.. I have found myself not hitting snooze everyday for an hour and actually getting up, stretching, and catching up on what I want instead of what i need to be for everyone else.
I am always on a mission to better myself and make things easy and this is definitely making a mighty impact.
