Was feeling disheartened jumped on the scales at saw 108.9kgs staring back but also remembered I just came back from a holiday and 12 months ago how scared I was to even set foot in the gym let alone go enough to make it on the top of the board. Then even when I would go I’d be too afraid to go into the weight section because I wasn’t lifting heavy enough or knew the right technique now I’m going in when I’m getting over the flu because I want this. I miss the gym when I got go. I love trying new things now. I love smiling at strangers in the gym because it feels like a second home instead of a place I feared. Ready to own the shit out of this year 👊🏽💪🏽
ULTIMATE ABS CIRCUIT
Want to spice up your abs training? Then give this advanced abs circuit a go! Do 3 sets of each exercise with a 30 sec break and complete the circuit 3 times.
1. Swiss ball pike x 10
2. Swiss ball tuck x 12
3. Swiss ball pass x 10
4. Decline ball sit-up x 15
5. Incline leg raises x 12
6. Side raise x 12 (each side)

The idea that you can burn fat from a specific area of your body is called "spot reduction" and it has been proven time and time again to be false. Despite this, it still seems to be a widely accepted belief leading many people to waste their time when exercising by doing loads of tricep exercises to get rid of underarm fat, or hundreds of crunches to try to reduce belly fat. Don't be one of those people. Create a calorie deficit with a sensible diet and smart training methods to get results quicker!
