Cut out all meat last month after almost 2 year of eating whatever I desire.. decided on a small portion of chicken and it was amazing! Back on a strict diet paying attention to FODMAPS & cutting out foods that do not serve my body. Red Meat, Sugar, Non-Aged Dairy, Onions, Garlic & Most Legumes. Check out this book, I think this is a good starting place for a lot of my followers who have IBS symptoms U.C. or Crohn’s.
