Happy Sunday! Do you get exited about the start of a new week? I didn’t always. I used to dread the new week because I was involved in so much, a long hour work week, and over extending myself on weekends. I’d feel like I wasn’t rested enough or ready. But I really wasn’t being honest with myself, I wasn’t really happy with the way that I was getting things done. I actually resented it. Achievement, accomplishment, success, we all want it. But what’s it all for if I can’t be enthusiastic or motivated or find gratification in something as simple as looking forward to the start of a new week. Work, life, balance can be as complicated or as simple as we allow it to be. One thing I did some years ago was give myself permission to slow down and be more. It was a tough decision but brave and worthwhile. I look forward to Sunday’s. I look forward to new adventure, new opportunities, even new challenges because I’ve made room for them. I can show up to the new week, fulfilled, and ready to give to whatever I do, wholeheartedly. That’s what our assignment truly deserves and that to me is real success. When you hear me say it, you know I mean it- Happy Sunday! #vulnerability#permission#brenebrowninspired#brenebrown#sunday#sundaymotivation#showup#selfcare#betterme#allofme#wholehearted#life#fulfilled#serveglad#ownyourglad#yourbestlifeafterfifty#changeisgood#itsnevertoolate

I'm happy you're here today...
It's a good feeling to be knowing-
I can live, without you.
I am better, without you.
I am happier, without you.
I am, because of you...
But I wouldn't be, if I was with you!
Talk about bad decisions, I never knew I could take good decisions too! 🥂😂 #ItsNeverTooLate#K#Bye
My #10yearchallenge is exactly my real estate career. It’s the 4th reinvention of myself. I started at Regent Park Realty with hardly any network of clients but with motivation and perseverance, I worked on land assembly early on, then got into project sales 5 years ago with Magnum Project Marketing, simultaneously doing global resale at Sotheby’s International Realty Canada . The journey had been and is still so sweet until today. So much to be grateful for and I thank all those whom I have come across and learned from all these years. Today, I do project sales with my Alabaster Homes family and continue to do global properties with Sotheby’s International Realty Canada
You can’t heal from the past without moving forward from it. If you’re still hung up on it, it won’t let you go either. You have to move forward. That’s not saying you should forgive and forget, but you should definitely accept that you can’t change it. Whoever hurt you, leave them behind, they aren’t worth it. As soon as you make the decision to move past them, you’ll be able to heal from whatever happened. It’s not easy, you’ll hit roadblocks years down the road, but it’s nothing that you can’t overcome. I believe in you, it’s time for you to move forward so that you can start the healing process. Do it for yourself. Stay strong lovelies!! 😘💕
Sooooo excited about what went down today at the track!! I got to compete at the WSU Indoor Open and race against my sister Jess in the 60m hurdles. My goal was to make it the second round (which I did! 🎉) and that’s where Jess and I met up. It was very humbling to race against college athletes (and my sister who made it to finals, ran a personal best and got 4th place overall!! Sooo proud of her!) again and I was just happy I am healthy enough to even consider it and then go out and compete and not place last. 😅
I did the 60m hurdles twice, high jump, 800m and long jump (in that order so long jumping was HARD haha!) I’m dead tired now and I’m happy I didn’t get injured. The 2nd picture was with another former athlete of mine who KILLED it in the mile today! So proud of Dallas too!
I guess I share all this to hopefully inspire someone out there. Don’t ever feel like your goals are too crazy. If you are passionate about something, just believe in yourself, put your head down and go to work. —
There were so many days since it’s been getting cold that I didn’t want to show up and practice, but I did it anyway. Good thing goals don’t have feelings haha. You gotta show up regardless of how you feel each day. You can’t wish for things to go your way in life, you gotta work for it. At the end of the day I’m proud of my efforts. Hey I’m a mama of 3 and I kinda still got it 👊🏽😂
Masters Indoor National Championship Meet is in North Carolina in 6 weeks and y’all know I’m signed up. Time to rest a bit and then keep training! Man I love this sport 🏃🏼♀️ #usatfmasterstrack#mamaofthreegirls#dowork#believeinyourself#itsnevertoolate

NO this is NOT the ten year FB challenge.
This post is about decisions.
You can WANT something all day long.
You can WANT something and NEVER have it. 🔸A goal
🔸To be healthier 🔸To be happier
🔸A new career
I truly struggled with my weight and my mindset MOST of my life.
The 2 went hand in hand
1. When I was in the wrong mindset my weight went up
2. I was broken so I let my body go
3. I gave into my cravings and addictions to sugar, attention, shopping and instant gratification. I craved more and stayed unhealthy.
I struggled with food....binging, purging, using it to fill my emptiness.
I chose a life of struggle in so many ways so I struggled with my body.
We make choices and DECISIONS each and everyday.
To eat the doughnut 🍩 or the eggs 🥚
To sit on the couch or exercise
To want and wait for our goals and dreams to miraculously happen or to get out there and make them happen.
It’s a DECISION!
If you aren’t reaching your goals ITS ON YOU! Only YOU can DECIDE.
You say you want to lose weight but have you DECIDED?
You say you want a new job but have you DECIDED?
You say you want to leave that unhealthy relationship but have you DECIDED?
This transformation here .....it was a DECISION! 🔺I decided to get help!
🔺I decided to clear out the junk in my life that was causing me to be toxic and not take care of myself. 🔺I decided to stop binging on sugar, bread, etc. even when the cravings were screaming at me!
🔺I decided to find a workout 🏋️♀️ routine that worked for me. 🔺I decided to heal my heart, my soul, and by body.
It WASNT easy. I did a lot of cleaning up.
New relationships, new friends, new job, new focus. It felt IMPOSSIBLE but because I DECIDED even when things get really bad, I stuck with my DECISION!
I held out, I held on!
I created a new body, a new healthy, and a new life!
You CAN DO IT TOO!
I PROMISE you can!
You just need to DECIDE!
What do you need to DECIDE to do today to get closer to your goals? #decide#transformation#youcandoanything#changeyourmind#changeispossible#itsnevertoolate#fitspo#fitnessaddict#fitforlife
Whoa mama, it’s been a fast-paced week of middle school mayhem, new food plans, and new workouts! But, guess what, I thrived! That’s right, THRIVED. So many of us are choosing to live joyfully and pull for each other, and, man, that’s the best feeling ever! Y’all keep it real and don’t forget to SMILE! 😁

“When one door closes, another opens; but we often look so long and so regretfully upon the closed door that we do not see the one which has opened for us.” I had some real talk today with an amazing young lady!!! It’s #inspiring when you expect to be the one giving advice and end up receiving it!! Have #patience, it is coming!!! Don’t get #discouraged#itsnevertoolate
It’s my 38th birthday on Wednesday and to celebrate we went out dancing. It was so much fun sweating through a steamy hot night of dancing in Brisbane with two of my loveliest friends.

Singing at the Opry again tonight! 🎤🎶 Doesn’t matter how many stages I’ve set foot on. Doesnt matter how many times I’ve sang these songs. Doesn’t matter if it’s 2 people, 200 people or 2,000 people... I ALWAYS get the butterflies! 🦋 What I love about performing during this phase of life though is that it’s all just for fun & I know at the end of the day my two boys are gonna still be my biggest fans. 💗 Wish me luck tonight! 🍀 #dowhatyoulove#itsnevertoolate
About 6 months ago (on the left), I was at the heaviest point in my life. I was anxious, in pain, and felt bloated consistently. I was on 7 different medications, unsure where to go from there. I felt hopeless and uncomfortable.🤦♀️
Now (on the right), I've been drinking a delicious superfood shake for 5 months, investing in a workout program that holds me accountable daily, and cut out 4 medications completely. My arthritis pain has decreased immensely and I have lasting energy throughout the day! I feel happier and more confident. 💃
Where has this been my whole life?!
Where has this been YOUR whole life?!

It’s never to late🔥
It’s never to late to start anything! If you think you are to late to start a business or hobby or the gym or whatever it is! It’s never to late until you are dead. And weather you like it or not one thing is for certain that we will eventually die and if you have regrets because you didn’t try or do something that’s going to be so painful and you can’t do anything about it! -

If your goal is to “avoid feeling anxiety”, you’ll never achieve it, because it will keep coming back.
If your goal is to do ____________ whether you’re anxious or not, your life will change 100%. ✈️ When I was afraid of flying, one of my ______________ was traveling to Europe to meet my then-boyfriend’s family. I started with super short flights and worked my way up. I invested tons and tons of anxiety (and $, gratitude 🙏🏻). Now I can fly anywhere. If I don’t travel for a while, it’ll start to come back, and the “cure” is to just keep pushing it.
I wish there was an easier solution, but at least this one comes with lots of side benefits, like feeling proud, resilient, and empathic toward others who are struggling. It also makes achieving the _______________ feel amazing.
What’s your _____________?? If you don’t have one, it’s time to get curious about the world and start exploring. 🕵🏻♀️🌍
