Had breakfast at my absolute FAVORITE diner in the entire world @101.coffeeshop ❤️ Always the best getting to come here. Today I had my favorite breakfast meal; sunny side up eggs, sausage, toast, potatoes, and pancakes with bananas !! And how could I forget my coffee ? Whenever I drink diner coffee I feel like I’m in Twin Peaks and I love it
This is the look I have today after a rest day. If I don’t have a rest day My cortisol levels stay way to high so coming back into a workout the first day is hard. I don’t want to do it today but I am going too! I have a hard time on rest days not working out so 🤷♀️ So then it’s like when I come back to Monday I’m like dragging. Can’t win. Haha 😆 My kids and I did cleaning kitchen and microwave out, wiping everything down, vacuuming, dishes, clothes, science , Bible and now to working out.

How do I coerce myself outta bed early in the am on a Saturday when it’s freezing out? 🥶 I leave my workout clothes along with a warm robe and sweatpants at the bottom of my bed so I can stay warm right up until I start my workout.
