Bought this cord blazer whilst having a dad/grandad vibe on a very cold day, debating whether to buy it as it was a bit pricey. Glad I did though I’m in love with it! 😍 however, definitely do need a lint roller! .
How It Works: Many supposedly smart people would tell you that it’s important for your health to maintain a regular meal schedule, but it’s only very recently in the human history that we began eating regularly because of the advancement in technology like refrigeration and transportation. For millions of years, it was not possible for our ancestors. They ate when they found food. This is why we have this amazing mechanism to store energy like a rechargeable battery. (We have no mechanism to store oxygen because air has always been available consistently.) It is unnatural to eat 3 times a day.
The most natural way is to eat only when we find food, but today, food is everywhere. So, here is the solution. Set high criteria for what you consider “food” so that you rarely come across one. This is where Instagram can help you: Eat only what’s worth Instagramming.
Skip the breakfast because you don’t have time to cook something amazing in the morning. It’s hard to find something Instagrammable for lunch too because you only have an hour to get there and eat. Unless you work in Jackson Heights or Flushing, you will quickly exhaust your options. Or, you might go broke by eating at expensive Manhattan restaurants. But, don’t reach for that free muffin in the conference room. Hunt for what’s Instagrammable.
You can check the number of likes to determine how well you are doing on your diet. By dividing the number of likes with the number of followers, you can arrive at your “engagement rate,” and you can pick a specific rate as your target. For instance, if you have 100 followers and you get 10 likes for your latest post, that’s 10% engagement rate. If you fall below 10%, you didn’t eat what’s Instagram-worthy. Try to find something better next time. You might have to travel far to find it as our ancestors did during the Stone Age. If you come across a bunch of Instagrammable foods, it’s fine to stuff yourself because you never know when you will come across your next Instagrammable meal. That’s what your belly fat is for.

#Craveable bowl @broken.coconut near @NYUsteinhardt - I was walking towards the restaurant I found on yelp but accidently saw this one so I was drawn in. A totally #instagrammable place at a glace, it was crowded with (mostly) female students during #lunch hour. Compared to neighboring “sweetgreen” where the 1/2 of clientele’s male, probably the reason’s b/c of the décor such as the bright pink neon sign "EatPretty" alongside artificial flowers in tropical colors such as red, yellow & pink💐)
This dish is called #chicken and super #grains - loved the way they seasoned #quinoa . I’ve never had it in Korea 🇰🇷even though it was slowly gaining popularity around the time I was leaving Seoul. But now, I think I’m addicted to it - I find it much more filling than eating bread and it tastes awesome w/almost everything.
+) I would’ve appreciated more dressing on my chicken since it was a bit overcooked and dry. I also definitely would’ve been more impressed if they had wooden flatware, not plastic ones. Slightly #overpriced (beh) but worth the try! -good place for #healthy lunch 🥗& a #QuickBite . :
🌿🖤 Our Seaside Haven🖤🌊 On our travels we stayed in 10 different rooms from hostels, cabannas, treehouses, tents and home stays. This @airbnb was my favourite of our coastal stays with its boutique style, cute welcome & show stopping terrace! 🇱🇰✨

As we were hiking up towards Petit Col Ferret in the early morning, the sun suddenly made its way through the clouds and offered this scene that could be straight from The Lord of the Rings. #visitswitzerland#feelthealps#bealpine

New to the city and neighbourhood, surrounded by a sea of new faces. Introducing yourself – and striking up conversation with strangers is one of the tricky things about moving somewhere new. But the beauty of #London is that no one makes you feel like a stranger. Every time I walk past this Church ⛪ on the Kensington high street, something about it draws me closer to it. Think I’ll go check it out from the inside tomorrow! #londondiaries#naimazahin#uk#unitedkingdom

Why does if feel like it has been more profitable for us to link together in the wrong direction rather to be alone in the right one?
Why do so many follow the assertive idiot rather than the introspective wise person? It seems that psychopaths rally followers.
