When you tell me that you have a sweet tooth and I bring you a box of treats. 💁🏻♀️ Here’s what you MUST order when you are at Patrice:
1. Kouing Amann: Super crunchy and crispy on the outside, moist and buttery on the inside. This pastry pretty much feels like a next level croissant. My favourite if you ask me.
2. Citrus tart, with almond and tarragon.
3. Cheese mousse with apple and pecan.
4. Cranberry, pecan and candy cap (A type of mushroom, believe it or not!) Have you been to Patrice Patissier? What’s your favourite order there? 🤤
Beef noodle soup⠀
Fresh rice noodles with rare beef, cooked brisket and beef balls in a rich, full bodied broth⠀
Hands down this is the BEST beef noodle soup in Adelaide. Don’t argue with me⠀
Poached eggs on toast with some sort of cheese and caramelised onions underneath⠀
I don’t remember exactly what was in this dish but it was from Bar 9 so I know it was good⠀
Because brunch from Bar 9 is always good! I’m looking forward to trying out their new place!⠀
