Dynamic Stretch: Seated Double Straight Leg Hip Hinge
Muscles Stretched: Hamstrings, Calves and Glutes
Note: This stretch is partner assisted.
1. Sit on the ground with your legs fully extended and pressed together. Keep your toes in a flexed position.
2. Straighten your back by sticking your chest outward and pulling your shoulders back. Think about maintaining a tall spine.
3. Have the assistant place their hands on your shoulder blades, gently easing you forward into the stretched position. In doing so, make sure you are not rounding back, and that you are keeping your back as straight as possible as you hinge forward from the hip.
Note: it is important to communicate with your assistant as to avoid pushing beyond the point of muscle or tendon elasticity causing injury.
4. Once you get to a comfortable depth in your stretch with proper posture, hold for 3-5 seconds. The assistant will release tension for a brief moment, allowing the your muscles to relax before repeating.
5. Perform 10 reps of the stretch.

The FIRST thing you have to do to stay lean is to get lean, that is what many people tend to forget☝🏼 Then if you want to maintain your current body composition you have to plan for your food intake. What I usually do if I know that I’m having a big cheat meal at the end of the day is that I start the day with calculate that food into MyFitnessPal. From there I can see what macros is left over and plan my day to fit that meal into my daily macros👍🏼 #flexibledieting

I am going to physical therapy and my wrists is getting definitely better. These are all exercises I am working on with my physiotherapist to slowly start using it again. 🙏🏼
