Excuse the mess because we just moved. So right now I feel sore AF. I worked out for the first time in MONTHS and let’s just say I got a dose of #gymcourage (think: #liquidcourage) yeah well I over did it and I know I’m going to be insanely sore but I’ll deal with it tomorrow as I shake to pick up my pen or type a press release.

Feeling #strong as I’m waiting for these arms to develop. I know there are some good muscles under there I’ve been feeding and working the last two months, and I’m excited to begin shedding this layer on top to reveal what’s underneath. I now fully understand the terms widely used as “bulking” and “cutting.” It’s not always easy to see yourself gain weight, but it’s necessary for muscle growth. Trusting the process and believing in myself as I’ve already shedded 9 pounds in the last two months even while eating an insane (for me) amount of calories. It’s crazy what your body can do if you feed it, move it, and treat it properly. Excited to continue to share my journey with you all as I transform over the next two months.
