Ruthie // Senior at WesDel// I absolutely loved capturing Ruthie’s senior photos at Whitetail Tree Farm! She was super sweet and so mature. She brought her illustrated Harry Potter book with her to her session and it made my day! We talked about how we had both read all of the books, and she showed me some of the illustrations in her gorgeous hardback book. She was like Alice in Wonderland spinning and smiling through the trees, so whimsical and playful. (We even captured a couple photos with her sweet sweet grandparents who made sure we stayed warm during this cold session!)

🌟EXERCISING WHEN YOU’RE SICK
Sickness sucks 😩 Have you wanted to workout but you weren’t feeling so hot? Maybe you’ve been on the fence and weren’t sure if you should take it easy or just push through it?
Maybe you said to yourself, “Don’t be a baby!! Just workout!’ even if super sick, but realized after a few times of NOT listening to your body, that exercise was probably doing a lot more harm than good to get you on the road to recovery. It was also slowing down your return to normal health - and no one wants to be sick for longer than they need to be!
You must do a great job of LISTENING to your body, recognizing symptoms or signs of being sick, and to what degree of “sick” you are. It’s an acquired skill, but honing in on the signs is a great way to prevent unnecessary sickness, injury or regression 👊🏼👊🏼
