The before selfie...before I did back to back spin sessions with @allymisslove and @denis__morton, followed by chest and back. I’m now preferring to do two different types of spin for each workout, one that can strengthen my strengths and the other that can challenge my weakness. I definitely do much better at hills than at high intervals, so including the two gives me the best of both worlds. For weights, I increased the amount and did the last set to failure. Woozas, I’m defffinitely going to feel that tomorrow! 💪🏼 .
I had my little cheerleader who was practicing basketball peek through the window wells while I was working out, yelling “Great job mommy!!! Wow, you’re doing a great job!” I love it when my little humans cheer me on because from their perspective, we’re always in first place, no matter what the leader board says. There’s no such thing as failure in their eyes, just pure adoration and awe, for our achievements. Such a simple reminder but one that can be a bit more challenging to implement since my tendency at times can lean towards comparison. Anyone else? .
