Es wurde geschwitzt, zu fetziger Rockmusik ordentlich gestrampelt und viel gelacht. Drei Stunden lang konnten sich die 13 Teilnehmer mit unserem Spinning-Trainer Thomas ordentlich auspowern.

Just a note on something we’ve been doing in class a lot lately are the “shoulder leans” - I’ve been having a hoot holding them longer to one side and then the other before hitting the “quick moves.”
Also side note, when you’re “shoulder leaning” try not to lean any wider than the width of the handlebars. Keep it safe and soulful 🚲 💦
Having out of body experiences lately...😯haha I keep pinching myself wondering how in the world I’m actually creating something that I thought was WAY far off. Like something that all those other people do...Like when you get to a certain point with a “cool idea” and it just becomes too real and big to make it happen and everyone agrees that yaaaa it’s cool, but just not realistic and you normally just move on...I’ve reached that point so many times this year. In other circumstances, it probably would have just been put to the side, but NOPE! We still keep making progress AND WE’RE GETTING ALL THE OVERWHELMING IMPOSSIBLE THINGS DONE!! 🤯🤩
As you all know I’m working on a giant project for you 🤗 ...and I’m not really trying to be cryptic about it, but I’m not ready to announce the specifics JUST yet...BUT HOLY EFFING SH*T IT’S HAPPENING AND I’M REALLY PROUD AND REALLY EXCITED! 👏🏼✨ I currently have zero voice and after shooting all day yesterday, I legit cant move my body but all the sleepless nights and all the impossibly hard work is coming together and I’m just...speechless. I can’t WAIT to share it with you! In the meantime, back to work cuz that ISH DON’T STOP! 👩🏼💻💃🏻
