DID YOU KNOW...
You cannot feel anger, frustration, sadness, disappointment or ANY other negative emotion, when you are being grateful?
Stop and think about that for a second 💭
I know it’s not as simple as it seems, and I KNOW it’s very easy for me in my overly privileged life... But imagine how much brighter the world would be if we focused on gratitude above all else.
Be grateful for the people that love you. And the people that don’t. Be grateful for the birds in the trees and the bees that pollinate your food. Be grateful for your mind, your body and everything that makes you, you.
Be grateful for the air you breathe. The ground the holds you. The Earth that we’re lucky enough to call home 🌎
Forever hold gratitude in your heart - there’s ALWAYS something to be thankful for. I’m certainly not perfect at it, but I’m workin’ on it ♥️
Other than beautiful beaches, this is the reason why I loved Goa. Driving is very pleasant experience here.
Welcome by big coconut trees....
Roads with less traffic....
And beautiful scenery all around....
So for now here i’m ending my theme on beautiful roads with these Goan roads.
Because I always wanted to , to wander in the colourful city streets , like a tourist who is absolute local for #holi
To be free from the idea of not being safe and #buranamanoholihai shit
To enjoy the street delicacy while being submerged in happy colours
And also , to feel pretty while not being pretty !
I did all of it today !
Society change happens with us !
What I am wearing - oldest Kurta from #sarojini and baggy pants from old navy
The Taj 🌿🕌 This place really is hard to describe in words. I’ve been extremely fortunate and lucky to have been able to visit this place twice, and both times I’ve had the same thought and feeling. That even while standing there looking at it from the gate, is just doesn’t look real, it looks like it’s been painted onto the canvas of the sky. The symmetrical design of the buildings is just too perfect for it to be real. And while passing through the gates as the entire view of the Taj opens up, I can’t help but hear the Arabian Nights song from Aladdin (the Sultan’s Palace in Aladdin was actually inspired by the Taj Mahal, yes I just googled that) 😅 This is a magical place, and although it’s extremely busy with tourists, it is still so well worth the visit to simply admire the sheer beauty of this structure. P.S. I was actually getting half into the bushes for this shot to try and hide the crowds, and then it just ended up being one up my absolute favourite compositions, sometimes you just get lucky 🤷🏼♂️

🕌 Built on a high platform with a series of beautiful islamic arches ,domes , typical Moghul garden courtyard and terraces which overlooks the current city market.
📸 The photo captures the pattern of light and shadow which creates a dramatic frame of the doorway at the entrance with architectural and landscape elements in the backdrop.
