More from Tibet the cycle's photoshoot earlier in the day.
The Ayudh Pooja is a way to acknowledge the role tools play in our lives. And to bring some awareness of our capability as an individual and how it gets enhanced with a multitude of tools. Moreover, to change our equation with these tools. God knows, how much frustration or such emotions maybe associated with the laptop or computer. Or the mobile. But by the actual act of pooja and acknowledging that it is just a tool, we change the narrative a little bit.
With the cycle it was a very joyful experience earlier in the day. ☺️
But then I did a small Pooja for the laptop and mobile too. Specifically these two tools because I spend soooooo much time with them.
In North India we also have this tradition of putting a flower mala on cars and doing Pooja. So this same tradition is found there also in some form. I am not entirely clear whether the understanding behind that tradition is the same.
