My little boy turns 1 tomorrow so mommy got to get in the kitchen and baked some cake. Initially, my plan was to make a blue ombré cake. Almost a week ago a 25lb plate dropped on my big toe while I was moving some things around in my garage.
I never try to be superwoman or try to prove myself otherwise. However, if I am still able bodied and healthy to keep my routines going...I will. Just have to modify!
Instead of on my feet, I’m on the ergometer Makin it happen.
5 sets 1 mile distance- 25 reps stability ball crunches between each set.
Heart rate up, sweatin’ bullets!! Mission accomplished.
P.S- Dominique Winfrey - Guess, yes the gum was delicious and everything I dreamt of. Lol. I was concentrating and trying to breathe at the same time at the end causing me to chew harder. 😂

Yep...Taelyn was giving me the business today while I was trying to get a sweat sesh in! Thankfully it was only 30 minutes, and thankful it's only 4 days a week! We can manage that for sure! If you watch my stories you know I had to improvise today's sesh but I got it done!! Maybe one day she'll be my lil workout partner... 💞
