I miss these flaky buttery bisquits for sure. Only day 7 of no carbs no dairy month but its all good Ive done it before. Artichokes seem to be my fill in drug of choice. Bacon intake is way up. Avocados are great too. Running here and there but doing daily workouts. Second month no soda as well but the big test will be a no sugar month. Not there yet but gearing towards it. Haven't weighed myself in forever but my belt is easily still at the 3rd hole I had to drill for it to fit so that's good no gains back around tbe waist. I would be full of shit if I said I don't miss pasta,mashed potatoes or bread in general but I'm just switching up and keeping my body on its toes. Veins and striations are becoming visible now too. I'm still working out solo and on the hunt for a New roadbike too. Miss that daily low impact cardio. Feeling good and even better since I started in September.
Chorizo with pastured raised eggs, the chorizo I found is called San Luis Chorizo from HEB, and Texas made! It has the least amout of carbs and it had fiber in it! 2.5 oz of chorizo which is about half a link has only 1 net carb. The taste is pretty good! I'm pretty impressed, cause im a chorizo stickler.
