If you like eggs these are excellent and the cheapest that I’ve found for pasture raised. They’re Kroger brand but seem to be the real deal. They taste like vital farms for a couple bucks less. They’re much larger than your average “large” egg too!

This is us. We love living in the country and making the mini farm a reality. We inherited this chicken when we purchased the property but we will soon add a dozen chicks. I’m reading all I can about caring for babies. If any of you have suggestions or tips please comment or dm. Thank you! #minifarm#countrylife#chickenfarmer#iloveeggs#modernfarm#simplelife

Been struggling to fit enough protein in my daily diet and hit calorie goals. On a non-tracking day in my before-diet, I tend to eat higher carbs and fats ( #iloveeggs 🍳) so hitting my calorie goal wasnt an issue. Since being more cognitive of #macrogoals thanks to @cleanhealthfitnessinstitute#genpopguide , hitting calories isnt as easy! I'm constantly trying to get more protein in so I've increasing lean meat portions in each meal and added #plantbased protein shakes into my diet (whey does me dirty 😏). Hoping this will help me see some good #results 🌱
Egg white vs Whole Eggs 🥚 🍳
I often get the question what is healthier, and what’s the difference between them. So here is a cheat sheet
Who doesn’t love eggs 🥚
A whole egg nutrition fact
78 calories, 6g of protein, 4g carbs , 4.8g of fat
Some facts : whole eggs are great when you want to add muscle , they taste ten times better
Regarding overall health although it has cholesterol & saturated in fats, the whole egg does have high quality vitamins and minerals
Now Egg whites: 16 cal , 3.6 G protein , .2g of carbs, .1g of fat
The egg white is great due to the high quality of protein while trying to drop weight.
Overall health it does have few vitamins and minerals but the egg white has no cholesterol or saturated fat.
If you are into DIY face masks (egg white)or hair masks (yolk), these two are great to use as natural remedies and don’t cost much since you have it in your fridge 🤷🏽♀️ So enjoy your eggs or egg whites while adding some hair shine or a blemish free face
I almost decided not to even take this picture. I mean look at those eggs. They are not IG eggs! But I had to just laugh and get over it. I had already cooked my chicken sausage in the pan. (if you've never been to @delias_chicken_sausage you've got to give it a try! I went this weekend for the first time. I loved my Chicken Philly Classic AND I got chicken sausage to bring home too!) Then I added my eggs to that pan with no grease. I was just lucky to get them out of the pan that much intact. Regardless of the way they look, they were delicious. And paired with my chicken sausage links and English muffins with cream cheese, dates, walnuts, and a drizzle of honey, they made for a great breakfast! As a bonus, did you know that dates are loaded with fiber, vitamins, and antioxidants?

We are often told to see food as fuel and nothing else, but food is more than that. Certain foods trigger memories and emotions... especially during the holidays! I may not celebrate Halloween like most families but I’ve always been seen as different in many aspects of my life🎃🎃🎃 .
I ate an RX bar on Thursday before teaching my Tabata class, and about 15 minutes in to the class, it started to happen. The pain, the cramping in my stomach that I had been experiencing a couple of weeks ago. the last time the cramps hit me, I was in Orlando, and we were able to somewhat link it to eggs. But now? WHY? 😫😫
In between sets I went and grabbed the RX wrapper and realized (and I KNEW this) that one of the MAIN ingredients of those types of bars are egg whites, and my tum tum knew it. ☹️
So while I’m pretty sure that eggs🍳 are on my list of foods to avoid, I HAVE been curious as to whether or not there are other foods that I am sensitive to, so I got this kit. Now I know that allergies and sensitivities are two TOTALLY different things, and I HAVE been to my doc to talk about it … but I thought that this test would be a good place to start, Plus, I’ve heard pretty good reviews on it. 👍🏼
Have you tried @everly_well ? Gimme your thoughts. And if you WANNA try out one of these tests (this is just one of many), link for 20% off in BIO because sharing is caring. 😘😘
