Fewer and fewer businesses embody the old working class spirit of San Francisco in the city today. Dianda’s Bakery in the Mission District is one of them. Established in 1962 by Elio Dianda, an Italian immigrant from Tuscany, the bakery churns out cakes and pastries using time-honored family recipes passed down from generation to generation. Their almond torte and “patty cake” are especially popular.
Since its inception, union bakers have always been the heart of the bakery’s production. In 2003, the Dianda family sold their business to three of their long time Local 24 bakers—Sergio Flores, Luis Pena and Floyd Goldburg. With a mutual respect for hard work, history, and collaboration, they keep the bakery’s spirit alive. Flores, Pena, and Goldburg wake up at 2am everyday to bake the goods that fuel the neighborhood’s morning.

TOMORROW I WILL LIFT OFF!🏋️♀️ I will be taking myself and 10+ of my peeps on an 8 week journey with lifting, cardio, and core work to transform our bodies but also our minds! 👩💻
Usually the day before something new, I'd be binging on all the foods🥓🍔🍟🍕 because tomorrow would be a day where I become deprived for an indeterminate amount of time. NOT THIS TIME! .
This new program is equipped with the best meal plan that is clearly laid out for me🍉🥑🍍🍄 and does NOT deprive🍳🧀🥗🌮. It allows for a cheat day! It will teach me how to listen to my body. It will tone my body. It will kill fat. It will build muscle. It will give me more confidence. It will show me that I AM capable! .

The souvenirs from @remangsenja and @aisyah.arimbi 's wedding. Sebenarnya, suvenir resminya "cuma" gelas kopi dibungkus kantong putih & 1 pak kopi Lightbender doang. Tapi namanya juga memanfaatkan kesempatan ya. Jadi, pas tamu udah pada pulang, rayu2 pengantinnya, trus akhirnya dapet tambahan biji kopi Gayo Lanang (di dalam kantong putih), biji kopi Kerinci (di dalam gelas kopi), sama nambah 1 pak mix blend Lightbender lagi.
