Introducing Bluebell. My street boy, soon to be mine 💙
I've been socialising him for about a year when he turned up in the middle of the night while I was out feeding the foxes, and hissed and growled at me 😩 Since then we have embarked on a journey where by I offer love, warmth, food and affection and he reduces his hissing and stops showing me his teeth. He's already been seen twice by my vet and his JustGiving page has already generated £200 (our aim is £300). I will have him neutered, bloods to test for FIV, vaccinated, microchipped to me, and courses of flea/worming and the like treatment. He doesn't have fleas at present. He has 4 broken teeth, the likely result of chomping down on rats and mice according to the vet 🙈and swelling on his belly.
We at at the bottom of a big mountain to get him back to health but I am confident we will. I have his back now and as soon as he's fixed and chipped I'll have him insured like my girls are. I've been mixing scents for weeks now and he's building more and more trust in me and getting to know my girls' scent and miaows. Honey and him have actually met albeit through a door opened ajar and me there. It's all on my little group on Facebook Crazy Cat People - Wirral and Beyond - come follow our story 💙
