Strangely, for my entire year studying in Adelaide I didn’t even visit Glenelg Beach once. Only a few years later when I went back for my cousin’s wedding did I stumble upon something I missed. Why didn’t I hang out here more? Then 2 years back, I’m here again, taking in the wind and the sounds of the sea.
OK- I’ve had a bunch of people contact me asking me what I do to stay in shape and to start spilling some tips! So here is one tip that I personally live by: DONT EAT LIKE AN ASSHOLE! Don’t get me wrong, I definitely cheat on my diet, but so many people have misconceptions on what is healthy for you. My advice is to start small. Remove one thing such as soda or sweet tea and lower your alcohol consumption. Replace it with water (can even be flavored) or fruit flavored tea with a little bit of honey. Stay hydrated!! I promise after not drinking all of that sugar for a week, you will stop craving it! Trust me 💙
Enjoying a few more Bintangs on Gili Meno before the sunset.
You’d think I’d be tired of Bintang now as it’s just about everywhere, but I’m still not having any troubles guzzling down a couple of these! 🍻
Officially spring is here and it's time to make some changes 💃🏼What are you planing to change in your life? Maybe you want to start to do yoga or any other sport, or you plan to change your hair style, learn some new language? I decided to get in shape 🤸 and finally learn how to drive a car 🙈
