Chilly days make me wish I was back in Prague admiring frost on bridges over the Vltava. It’s the simple things that make it one of my favorite cities in the world. Where is your favorite place to spend winter days?
It’s amazing to think how much time we spend looking after our physical health and how little on our health of mind.
After hiking all the way down that crazy mountain I was sweating my butt off and once we got to the water we see these massive waves with a crazy tide pulling out.
It was an interesting way of cooling off but not getting pulled out by the tide or destroyed by a huge wave.
But just hanging out at the beach and relaxing was such a great way to take care of my mind and not just my physical health.

I wrote a whole blog post about the beat crystals for travelling (because as we know, I shall be doing a lot of it over the next few months 🇳🇿) and looking into it has made me just want to live in a house filled with crystals! There’s something very comforting about them, even if you don’t believe in the healing properties of crystals, having a lucky charm to comfort you when you need it most is always a good idea. 🔮
Giraffes are truly magnificent animals. Nothing quite like them. Interesting facts -
You can tell their sex by the horns. Males fight each other by swinging their heads and wear the hairs off as a result.
Their spot patterns are unique to each animal and darken with age.
Scorpios was born in 2015 as a modern reimagining of ancient social rites and island ritual. It encompasses multiple pockets of idyllic beach, a live music event space and open air terraces spilling out into the cycladic coastline.
The sister operation, San Giorgio, is not just a hotel but a community experiment. A gorgeous testament to holistic design and radical togetherness situated just 500 meters from Scorpios on a little peninsula between Paradise and Paraga Beaches.
Anyone else dreaming of summer?

Today was such a nice day to have a long stroll. But instead, I had to work and catch up on stuff I didn’t do over the holidays. So this is a throwback photo of Louie and me (you can only see his nose), enjoying sun rays at a cafe near our flat. .
You can tell I miss warm weather😬 🌞
The Ausangate Mountain in the Peruvian Andes. The beautiful colors of these mountains were formed when ice that used to cover the area melted and the water mixed with the various minerals in the ground. 📸: @imtug •
