I believe I was 6/7 weeks out here and decided to do my mid week check in at my mum’s house in the SPARE ROOM .. where the SPARE SHIT is kept ... the lighting isn’t even good .. 😂 But still actively thought this would be the perfect spot for a check in .. BEHIND a tall chair, in a jungle of laundry, crap and more junk and crap 👌🏼
Luckily I can blame this poor life choice on “prep” but unfortunately, I am like this .. ALL THE TIME! 🤦🏼♀️ Thankfully I had a brain wave and chose a better spot and this didn’t make the cut for @nicthedreamedgy and @leanlioness 😂

❌ wait for a certain size, shape, weight/external factor to make me happy

One of the best exercise you can do for your upper body. PERIOD .
Most people think of this as a triceps or chest exercise but the fact is almost every muscle in your upper body is getting worked while doing this exercise. This exercise hits your core pretty hard, arguably harder than any crunch or sit-up. Also all the muscles in your upper back are getting worked as stabilizers on this exercise. This makes this exercise quite challenging and that's why most people skip it or do it at the end of their workout with their body weight as a finisher and by doing that they are leaving gains on the table.
Here I am performing this exercise with 40kgs plus my body weight at the beginning of my workout. Make sure to include this exercise at the beginning of your workout even if you have to start with body weight or even assisted dips . As your strength goes up , you will be moving insane amount of weight on this exercise and packing on huge amount of muscle mass in your upper body 💪💪 P. S. - This exercise requires some structural and shoulder joint mobility. If for some reason you feel uncomfortable pain in your joints while performing this exercise, don't perform this exercise . I will be posting one video on how to improve your shoulder mobility to perform this exercise really soon so wait for that if you have some pre existing shoulder issue .
