Rough, exhausting days happen. But we have to learn to work through them. We have to learn what calms our souls and helps us reach our peace. I left work today super stressed and overwhelmed. I’m the type of person who inadvertently bottles things up... and today let’s just say that bottle broke and spilt everywhere.
I have doubts, I have worries, I have fears. I have sadness, I have heartache, and I have loneliness.
But I am stronger for pushing through it. I am stronger for fighting instead of just lying down. I am stronger for believing in myself. I am no where near perfect, but for me, this is what progress looks like.
I’m no longer finding solace in anger. I am no longer starving myself to love my body. I am no longer sleeping to make it all go away.
This is a new me. A better me. A stronger me. I fight daily to progress and I am damn proud of how far I’ve come. ✌🏻

I felt weak and unfulfilled.. I said I was happy when I wasn’t. I began to dull my dreams to fit what I thought my life had to be like. Then I freaking joined a team of influencers whose soul mission daily is to instill not only health and well-being but happiness, confidence, passion and absolute favorite part- the ability to dream bigger and actually see, mapped out in front of me, how all my dreams can come true. ✨

Rainy, chilly, & wishing I wasn’t going back to work. But I’m doing all the things that make me feel good. Sipping on my coffee, wearing a cozy sweater, and remaining positive. Tonight will be filled with self care and doing what I love 💗
Look what I finally got after requesting this for 3 years. Everytime I would request this kit American Express would always run out but this time I got one thank you Lord.
Never give up on anything you want ( let's keep it legal people 😄😄) no matter how much you've tried or even how insignificant it may seem. One day it will all work out.
I'm loving this and truly living this out this week! 💃
I believe in working hard, going all in and being 110% committed to what I'm doing. It's just who I am 💯
That being said, this week I've been up late every night, giving all my energy to my clients, so next week I can give all my energy to friends and family when I have a long break off from the hospital over the holiday!! 🦃🍗🥧

I would rather have you complete those baby step goals, 5 minutes, every day than see you try and climb that mountaintop goal and get exhausted and discouraged.
I know my own heart, and defeat comes easily to me. Feeling inadequate, not enough, like others are climbing faster than I am. Don’t underestimate the power of those baby step goals!
For me this looks like:
• journaling before I go to bed. About what I’m thankful for, the affirmations to soak up in the next few days, or what feels I am working through to try and understand.
• yoga for at least 10 minutes. Wanna know what this looks like? Me rolling around on the ground trying to stretch out my back while Leia climbs all over me #hotmessexpress
• meditate once a day - usually between 5-10 minutes. To help support my anxiety in the wintertime. And most of the time meditating involves me falling asleep halfway through 🤦🏼♀️ I’ve been loving @meditationstudioapp and @headspace for this.
Find your reachable goals. Baby steps. And be PROUD of your progress 💫💕 I’m working on it too, babe.
