Investing in the training and development of our hospitality people is equally as important as the sexy crockery, high ceilings and designer chairs! Maybe more so.

Lunch was EPIC today. We've been producing recipes for one of our clients and had the tasters to graze on - so good! Mushroom spiced chickpea // tuna olive herb potato // rainbow slaw with secret yummiest ingredient // smoked salmon cucumber ribbon and pineapple // poached chicken feta pesto zucchini - yum yummity yum. Put a smile on my face eating these indeed. We are going to be producing some fun Halloween ideas tomorrow too - healthy ones!
