Vamos de receita de sorvete caseiro hoje? Anota aí 📝 .
Receita de sorvete de tapioca e queijo
Ferva 600ml de leite. Deixe amornar. No total, você deve bater 3x o sorvete. Fica uma delícia servindo com goiabada cremosa! 😍
How about a homemade tapioca and cheese ice cream? 📝 .
Tapioca and cheese ice cream recipe
Boil 600ml of milk. Let it melt. Mix 100g of tapioca flour (those balls), 100ml of coconut milk and 4 tablespoons of creamy curd (or more, if you prefer). Add 1 carton of cream and 1 carton of condensed milk. Beat on the mixer for about 10 minutes. Take it to the freezer and when it is almost frozen (approximately 3hrs), beat for another 10 minutes. Freeze once more and beat for another 10 minutes. You should hit 3x the ice cream after almost freezing. It's delicious serving with creamy guava! 😍
Did you know? / In Italian, espresso translates to “pressed out” This refers to the way espresso is made - forcing boiling water through pressed coffee grounds. And, although espresso has more caffeine per volume than coffee, because it's consumed in smaller quantities, it actually has about a third of the amount of caffeine as a regular cup of coffee.⠀
