Khate Mithe Dahi Wade
Made with soft Dumplings, fried to crispiness. I did not add red chillies to the Wade and used mash ki Dal Ka atta for that soft texture inside.
Flavored the yougurt with pink salt and a pinch of sugar for that tanginess. Also do not prefer adding Hari chutney, so I just drizzled methi chutney made with tamarind and jaggery and drizzled chat masala on it.
The best part about make them is you can add and subtract things you like as per your taste. Possibilities are limitless and so easy to do specially when it is summer!
I must say I’m thankful and just as grateful to be able to come home after long days work and receive I nice hearty home cooked meal! The coleslaw recipe that I used for last week's wrap was just thinly sliced cabbage, carrots and onions. Not really a fan of putting raisins or other vegetable in it. Nuts probably, yes. For the dressing i used 1 1/2 cups mayonnaise, 1/2 cup plain yogurt, a tablespoon of white vinegar, 2 tbsp mustard, garlic powder, pepper and salt. You can tweak the ratios based on how liquid or stiff you want the dressing to be. It's a good way of incorporating the sauce for your wrap and it prolongs the life of your veggies too.

When life throws me lemons, I make Sinigang! .
It is my first time to use lemon as souring agent for this dish and my daughter said it's "scrumptious!"

My mom's recipe of Tadtarin.
Manually minced beef (thus, the name) in tamarind soup base with labong (bamboo shoots) and other veggies. Tasted only almost like my mom's so I'm gonna have to try again and again and again. After all, it's one of my comfort foods. 😊
Being lazy to mince/tadtad resulted to a chunkier meat than my mom's dish.

Ayam Panggang Kecap
1 ekor ayam kampung utuh
1 sdt garam
2 sdt lada
2 sdm kecap asin
5 siung bawang putih iris
2 cm jahe iris
1 bh bawang besar iris
Daun bawang iris
1 sdm arak putih
Minyak dikit utk sapuan kulit
1. Cuci bersih ayam, marinasi ayam dgn garam, lada dan kecap asin diamkan dlm kulkas selama 30 menit.
2. Keluarkan ayam taruh di dalam perut ayam bawang putih iris, jahe iris, bawang besar, daun bawang dan arak.
3. sapukan sedikit minyak ke seluruh kulit luar ayam, panggang dgn air fryer atau oven selama
180 ¢ selama 20 menit bolak balik atau smpe matang tergantung air fyer/oven msg2.
4. Angkat potong2 ayam, cocol dgn saus kesukaan msg2 enakkk banget 👍
