Tadi pagi sarapan nya Mie Soa aja, dilengkapi udang, daging, wortel, telur, daun bwg dan bwg goreng..
Bumbu nya ga usah macam2 lagi, ckup sedikit kaldu jamur aja udah enak bgt, karna mie soa nya udah ada rasa asin.

Vegan red cabbage and raspberry jam grilled cheese inspired by @nikkidinkicooking .
-Take two slices of any type of bread. -Spread butter one side of each slice and raspberry jam on the other side. -Layer any single or multiple varieties of cheese on the jam side of the bread. How many layers and in what fashion is up to you! -The final layer of your grilled cheese is the purple cabbage. -Heat up a skillet or griddle on medium heat, place your grilled cheese on one of the butter sides down. -Flip sandwich over after 3-4 minutes depending on your preference of preparation -OR if your using a griddle wait 4-6 minutes depending on your preference

One of my favorite things about a grilled cheese is how simple and quick it is while still being a comfort food. I love this recipe because it ads the acidity and tartness from the jam and the crunch and flavor of the red cabbage. It’s also great how flexible this recipe can be depending on your choices of breads, cheeses and jams. Lemme know if you make it and how it turns out! .

I don’t know about you but sometimes I get into a cooking rut! I get hungry for new ideas.... something different! If you are looking for a fun new meal, this is a great one! A frittata stuffed baked potato!! It’s easy to make! Just bake your potatoes like you normally would and then cut an opening in the top and scoop out all the potato goodness! Combine the potato filling with your favorite ingredients and season to taste. I used sautéed peppers, onions, garlic, spinach, cheddar and Parmesan. I also added a couple tablespoons of butter . Then depending on how many potatoes you are using, whip up double the amount of eggs. For instance I used 6 potatoes, so I beat 12 eggs. Once well beaten, add the eggs to your filling mixture. Once incorporated, fill your potatoes and bake at 400 for 20-30 minutes or until the egg is puffed up and done. Top with more cheese if desired! These would be awesome to serve at a Super Bowl party! Don’t they look like footballs! Use sour cream in a squirt bottle to draw the ball lines! These are delicious and the filling possibilities are endless! You’ll have extra filling, but don’t fret! Divide it into a greased cupcake pan and bake into mini crust-less quiches or scramble for breakfast the next morning, or make stuffed peppers! I show you the step by step for this easy meal in today’s story!

Nothing better on a cold winter night than a nice bowl of Scottish Stew. Here’s my recipe:
2 or 3 lbs of stew meat
1 large Spanish onion (chopped)
4 celery stalks chopped
4 carrots chopped in big pieces
2 teaspoons of minced garlic
1 tablespoon of tomato paste
2 cups of red wine
2 teaspoons of thyme
3 bay leaves
1/4 cup of red currant jelly or ketchup.
8 cups of beef broth
4 tablespoons of Worcestershire sauce
4 large potatoes cut into large pieces
4 tablespoons of gf flour
In a bag place the flour and meat. Shake well.
In a large cast iron pot heat up 4 tablespoons of vegetable oil. Brown meat in batches. Remove meat.
Add onions, celery, carrots and garlic. Cook for 5 minutes. Add meat back to the pot.
Sauté for 4 minutes and add wine, tomato paste, bay leaves, thyme, Worcestershire sauce, jelly or ketchup and beef broth.
Add salt and pepper to taste.
Bring to a boil. Reduce to simmer.
Simmer uncovered from 25 minutes or until the meat is tender.
Add potatoes. Simmer for another 25 minutes or until potatoes are tender.
Skim off the fat accumulation from the top, serve and enjoy.

This was a perfect dinner on a cold rainy day! A few people requested the recipe from the last post, so here is.

요번엔 데치지 않고 잘 씻은 다음 ..
물기를 종이 타월로 제거한 후
팬에서 기름과 함께 살짝 익힌 후 소스+물 함께 끓였어요. ( 슬로우쿠거에 끓여도 맛있어요)
. .Korean Brasied Chicken
One 4 pound chicken, cut into serving pieces, trimmed of excess fat.
150g Korean glass noodles, soaked in warm water for about 20 mins to hydrate, drained before use.(optional)
2 green onions, diagonally chopped
1 T toasted sesame seeds
Olive oil for frying
Salt and pepper to taste
3T korean red chilli paste, kochujang/고추장
3T Korean red pepper flakes, gochugaru/고추가루
2T soy sauce/간장
2T sugar/설탕 or rice syrup/올리고당
2T minced garlic/마늘
1 tsp minced ginger/생강
1 1/2 - 2 cups water .
. Rinse chicken and pat dry.Season the chicken pieces on all sides with salt and pepper. Heat olive oil in a large skillet on medium heat. Cook the chicken until the skin is crispy and golden brown, approximately 4-5 minutes and then flip to the other side.
Pour in the gochujang mixture and water. Toss well. Cover for 30-45 minutes or until the chicken is cooked thoroughly.
Add the glass noodles (if using) and green onions and simmer until the noodles are cooked, about 3-5mins, covered. Stir lightly to make sure the noodles are mixed with the sauce. Enjoy with rice.
.You can also cook in a #slowcooker by browning the chicken, pouring the sauce, then covering and cooking for 4 hours on high or 6 hours on low. Stir to rotate the chicken over halfway through the process. Stir in the green onion, pepper, and sesame seeds and serve. .

(토스트 1개 분량)
식빵 1장, 달걀 1개, 슬라이스 치즈 1장, 버터 적당량, 소금, 후추 약간씩
1. 식빵 가운데는 밥공기나 둥근 틀을 이용해서 구멍을 만들어주세요.
떼어낸 동그란 식빵은 따로 구워드시거나 둥그런 샌드위치 등을 만들어 드시면 된답니다.
2. 계란은 미리 한알깨어 노른자가 깨지지 않게 잘 살려놓습니다.
이렇게 다른 그릇에 미리 깨어두었다가 넣어주면 노른자가 깨지는 것을 조심할 수 있답니다.
3. 팬에 버터를 두르고 타지 않게 약불로 가열하고
4. 뜷어놓았던 식빵을 올려 앞뒤로 굽기 시작합니다.
아직 뒤집기를 몇번 반복해야 하므로 벌써부터 색이 나게 구워지지 않도록 약불에서 조심해서 구워줍니다.
5. 앞뒤로 한번 뒤집어서 살짝 구웠으면 가운데 계란을 넣고,
달걀 부분에만 소금, 후추로 가볍게 간을 합니다.
6. 흰자가 70%정도 익었다 싶으면 조심해서 뒤집어줍니다.
7. 뒤집은 후엔 식빵이 타지 않게 하기 위해 버터를 조금씩 떼어 주변에 올려주세요.
이러면 타는 것도 어느정도 방지하지만 풍미도 훨씬 배가 시킬 수 있어요.
8. 뒤집은 샌드위치 위에 슬라이스 치즈 한장 올리고, 다시 뒤집어줍니다.
9. 치즈가 구워지면서 치즈에서 기름이 나오고,
치즈가 노릇하게 구워져 뒤집개 등으로 밀면 자연스럽게 밀리는 단계가 오는데
그때가 완성된 순간이랍니다.
