Days 82 & 83 ... what stress will do to you! It will make you forget all your good intentions, disrupt your routine of exercise and healthy eating, and keep you from doing what you love! The last two days have probably been the most stressful of 2018 for my client Ronnie and definitely for me. A few days before Christmas Ronnie is stuck in a hotel with all of his belongings on two trucks because of an incompetent lender who clearly doesn’t care about his clients. This guy and his whole office went home for the weekend yesterday without giving us an update after they had promised a clear to close by the end of business day. They knew time was up at 5pm, it didn’t matter. The seller decided to terminate the contract which means Ronnie is losing about $6,000 he already had in the deal and we have to start the home search over tomorrow. This really sucks but Ronnie has stayed calm and collected throughout this whole ordeal. He has been my client for 15 plus years and even in tough situations it’s always a pleasure to work with him! Wish us luck with our home search tomorrow. We need to find another home quickly!
