The first night is starting is Israel because shabbat is now over. We went to explore the city which was so so quiet because of that. Now we are headin’ to eat shwarma(?) and do you guys have any good eating spots in Jerusalem?🇮🇱
#propheticart piece from last weekend. Painted for a very humble, loving individual in the church. I love how visually creative the Lord can be with us. .
We get keys for transformation in the process of our own transformation. As we embrace what he is doing we soar to heights that we didn’t know were even accessible to us. His ways are far richer than we ever imagined. He stands outside of time and space, and he has invited us to be seated in heavenly places (outside of time). There he redeems the time we believe we have lost. Embrace the process, don’t get lost in it. Because you are about to see what you’ve never seen before if you stay close to the rhythms of his heart.
When the prophet Muhammed (PBUH) was leaving Mecca for Madina, he looked back at Mecca saying:
You are the most beloved land to Allah, and you are the most beloved land to me. Had the polytheists not forced me out of you, I would never have come out and left you.
Leaving Mecca now, I can only imagine how that must have felt. But I find my best comfort in leaving Mecca for Madinat Rasulillah.
Madina, here we come.
