Trying to get to the gym 2 x a week is a tough gig when you own a v successful company. Onnya Dan for the commitment 💪💪💪S when people tell me they are to busy & don’t have time, I stop asking as they are just making excuses as it’s just not that important to them. 😫

Just look at our Challenge Squad. Getting it done ✅ .
It is only week 2 of the F45 Challenge and we are already so proud of these guys. We’re seeing dedication and hard work.
There is more to do team. Keep up the great work 👍
You don’t always have to buy new furniture to give your home a winning look. Look at what you already have and choose the best ones then try putting it in another room. It does two things - saves you money and boosts the value of your home!
Need more styling tips to sell your home? I’ve made a great guide that you can check out by going to my bio for the link.

Location: Daunt Books
Daunt Books was founded in 1990 by James Daunt in the beautiful Edwardian premises at 83 Marylebone High Street in London
At the heart of the shop is a long, galleried main room which has as its focus a beautiful arched window partly glazed with stained glass. The intention then, as now, was to arrange books principally by country, whatever the nature of the book – fiction or non-fiction, biography, history, guide or novel and in so doing creating wonderful browsing both for the traveller and the general reader
Since its original store in 1990 the store has been growing rapidly and as well as expanding to 84 Marylebone High Street it has many other shops across london. Also it has now wide selection of books including children’s books, cookery and art
- It was originally built for antiquarian booksellers Francis Edwards in 1910
- Daunt Books other locations in london are at Haverstock Hill in Belsize Park, South End Road in Hampstead, Holland Park, Fulham Road in Chelsea and its latest shop on Cheapside, next to Bow Church
So what is your favourite book & if you happen to go here or been here dont forget to comment below ⬇️ your thought about the experience.

The day has finally arrived that we have all been waiting for.
Welcome to the lovely Brae Homestead. Open for inspection this Saturday at 10.45-11.15am
A modern design that perfectly encompasses the modern Queensland lifestyle, with light filled open plan spaces and tranquil city vistas that are merged perfectly with the original period features of the 1930's home
I guess I’m in the process of turning my back whilst moving forwards and away from toxic, negative, petty, miserable, “know it all”, sexist, shallow, show-off, lying, manipulative, sad c*nts of people and/or situations. #cheerstohappiness#dontletanyonestealyourthunder
Holland Park Mews built c.1862. The row of buildings were all stables and carriage houses, that once housed the groomsmen and stable boys for the large mansions behind but have in the non horse drawn era become highly desirable properties in their own right. #history#streets#stables#london#hollandpark#mews
Feeling grateful. Some days are more intense then others but appreciate what you have and who you have, because the future can take it all away from you. Also, take time to appreciate how awesome you are.
PS: that sunshine ☀️☺️
