The Trango Towers are a family of rock towers situated north of Baltoro Glacier, in Gilgit Baltistan.
They offer some of the largest cliffs and most challenging rock climbing in the world; every year a number of expeditions from around the world visit the Karakoram to climb the difficult granite.

From a quite gruesome tale from yesterday to the biggest mystery at Skokloster! Why is there a stuffed horse on the third floor of the castle?
This is probably one of my favourite stories to tell, cause it’s quite funny and bizarre at the same time. At one point in history a man named Magnus Brahe lives partially at Skokloster. Magnus Brahe was a part of a small revolution were they literally kicked the current king off the throne because they wanted another king to rule. The man they wanted was named Jean-Baptiste Bernadotte and he was a french soldier in Napoleon Bonapartes army. Now suddenly he was the heir of the Swedish throne. Jean-Baptiste took the name Karl XIV Johan when he became king, but there was a small problem. He could speak Swedish, but with an accent, and this poor lad was quite self conscious. But Magnus Brahe knew french and spoke Swedish, so he could help with the translation and became the kings right hand man. They became so good friends that when the kings horse died, Andalous, the king gave Magnus Brahe his dead horse as a token of their friendship. We don’t know if the horse was stuffed when Brahe got it, or if he had to stuff it himself. What we know though is that it still has parts of the skeleton left inside of it, and that it’s full of arsenic - because this was before they realised that arsenic was poisonous. The horse is also in really bad shape, so if it would be moved it probably would break in half. So there’s why we have a horse on the third floor of the castle. It’s also one of the few horses I know of that can ride a skateboard 😏🙈 #andalousse#horse#horses#skokloster#skoklostersslott#history#guide#historia#baroque#historicalplaces#sweden#swedishhistory#funnystories

Different perspective this week. Inspired by a shot from @iangblack I decided to try and recreate it with the @sandmarc wide lens. When looking at the results from last nights poll, it’s clear that you guys loved this one!
Tell me down in the comments, which shot should I take from a different perspective ? And tag the instagrammer who took it
