When it gets too hard, too cold, to stiff and the top still seems to be too far away, sit down, look around, take a deep breath and enjoy the warmth of the first light of the morning. Right there, your worries, your thoughts, your feelings and emotions seem to stop for a second, as the brightness gets stronger, until you cannot longer look...and then, it's a new day, a new story, a new you.
Cada día tenemos una nueva oportunidad de reescribirnos, de elegir felicidad, de parar la espiral de ansiedad. Pero parecemos vivir demasiado cómodos en nuestra pequeña nube de negatividad.
Sometimes it just gets too hard to accept that we are stuck with ourselves for the rest of our life.
Let's work on positive thinking, then. And focus on the next mountain!
The haunted house on the hill.. (Oakhurst house) built in 1848 and left derilict since the 70s resides in shining cliffs wood in ambergate. Black witches are renowned to lurk in the woods practicing black magic and also satanism worshippers were the last to reside here before it bein derilict.
If you get chance drop by this very eerie location
The path: straight up (feel the burn 🔥)! .
Trail conditions: lots of volcanic rock, uneven ground, no shade, lack of clear path, no signage.
So going up is one thing, going down is another:
First half: hanging on for dear life avoiding sliding down a volcano.
Second half: surfing down a landslide 😜 (👍 for sturdy, ankle boots).
Ow, and the views weren't too shabby either. 😁

Pretty damn stoked with how the trainings going, 75% of the time this is how it looks, Boxing Bag, Kettlebells and some loud ass Drum & Bass! Training for hikes & runs, without actually running alot, working the lungs and legs without the heavy impact on the joints. All the nights studying shit on the net instead of rotting my brain with garbage TV is finally paying off. Also @gypsyking101 is right, not about the cocaine & booze, but black coffee & low carbs is the shizz! ✊😅
