Going through a burnout myself 15 years ago I’ve learned so much about who I was and how and when I wasn’t myself. It’s that time I worked pretty hard to make sure nobody saw my imperfections, mistakes or my flaws and yes that was hard work to be that insecure perfectionist.
I wasn’t myself most of the time, didn’t speak up, totally lived in my head and keeping up appearances with and for others, so they thought I was a strong independent woman and I didn’t need any help at all! 🌟
Then the light went out, my body didn’t do what I wanted anymore and I got myself to a point I didn’t get out of bed in the morning I literally couldn’t walk anymore my legs refused to do the work! So there I was a young mom of a son who was 3 years old who couldn’t do anything anymore and I had to reach out for help because I had no choice, my body made sure of that.
I’ve had the best help at the time and I’ve learned so much about myself who I was, what I did and didn’t do for myself, how I thought and it made so much sense to take better care of myself and opening up to others about my story and how I felt.
I’m pretty sure it didn’t only help me to the path I’ve chosen today to become a life coach, but the sharing also helped so many others to know they are not alone and you can overcome it and be a better, stronger and definitely wiser version of me.
So now it’s just what you see is what you get! I’m very very very happy with myself and the way I’m living my life today with al the imperfections, flaws, weird, crazy and beautiful things in it! I’m stronger and more aware to live my life in the moment and doing things regardless what others say or think, because I live my life the way to the fullest in my own way!

Have had some space this evening to come home and yes, pour into some other people so they end their day in a positive head space via client follow up.
But also - and my favorite part - got the chance to sit and dive into multiple articles from three different organizations on the same topics. One was an exercise I want to learn to coach clients through better and then I moved into working on my favorite -> FOOD!!! Added some protein smarts to the ol’ noggin.
I love it because there’s so much available to learn, read, and study in this fried. In whatever you do, humble yourself to expand and learn as much as you can about what you love to do and allow yourself to enjoy the learning process. 💛

It was time to create a home office that allowed her to plan lessons and quickly access her teaching resources.
Everything is now sorted by subject and topic and she has a renewed sense of purpose and inspiration!!

Here’s a story in WHY I joined @organogold! It all started with the testimonial of my father. 3 years ago my father kidneys were failing they were at 15%, he had anemia and had 3 blood transfusion at the time. We have personally never dealt with this, but I have known people who have. One of our followers has this condition and I want you to know you are not alone. I am sorry I couldn’t reply to you earlier but I am glad your trying to get help and to be better. I will personally do more research on this disorder and help you out. For the ones that do not know what BDD does it pretty much make you look like your looking at a fun house mirror, and make you look at yourself and see things that you don’t really see. Don’t blame yourself or be hard on yourself for taking medications for your disorders. There is nothing “bad” about you because of it. It’s okay to have to take meds, if they’re necessary to your mental or physical health, they’re important. Your illness doesn’t define you, in today’s modern era, with the advancements in medicine, you have the opportunity to rise above any ailments. I hesitate to say that your medicines allow you to be “normal” because normal is overused and can be derogatory, but proper medication allows you to live a full, proper, and productive life without relying on anybody else. You are your own person, your medication doesn’t detract from that. Don’t worry about it so much, life your life! Stay strong lovelies!! 😘💕
BUT DO YOU POST WORKOUT?
I’m sure most of you see what could be an annoying story of seeing me show my post workout shake everyday, but the reason is to instill in your brain the necessary need for it.
You need to Refuel Your Glycogen-Fast
The main reason to consume carbs post-workout is to replenish the muscle glycogen that you burned during your workout. As you train, your main fuel source is muscle glycogen. Glycogen is the storage form of glucose. It is composed of long strings of glucose molecules with numerous branches.
The glucose break from the glycogen chain as needed in order to generate ATP, which transports chemical energy and is crucial for muscle contractions. Research confirms that the best way to replenish muscle glycogen stores after workouts is to consume high-glycemic (fast-digesting) carbs as soon as possible.
Take your carb intake seriously and replenish your muscle glycogen stores. Not doing so is cheating your muscles and limiting recovery. In fact, delaying carb consumption by just 2 hours has been shown to reduce the rate of glycogen replenishment by 50 percent!
Another benefit of consuming carbs—especially high-glycemic carbs like dextrose—immediately after an intense workout is that you'll feel rejuvenated. Carbs can take you from feeling wiped out and lethargic after a brutal workout to energetic and well-fueled. Plus, eating high-glycemic carbs after a workout typically satisfies a massive craving for sugary or starchy carbs without a negative impact on your diet progress.
