Herding lesson from beginner Nº 5 - trust your gut 😋 You see this little one here - he is one amazing working doggo 🥰 Today I had a feeling we could try sth new - we tried driving - just to see how he will be with pushing sheep, keeping calm when facing a new challenge when he can not use motion as pressure on sheep - and it was just wow. And our sheep are not easy at all. Can't wait to see more of it on our next trainings 🤩 So fun to learn herding with him, he is a great teacher 💙 📸@sandra.milo.cole

Why jump over when can go around. It was hard for me to train him by vocals only without leading him. I kept giving body signals that confused him. All synced up now tho. Saying one thing and doing another...
HERDING TIME 🐑
This is a lot harder than it actually looks. I could not figure out the rake to guide the sheep and work my dog in different directions. Aika had passed her instinct test, and we were told to come back for lessons! I can’t wait to continue this with Aika, she loves it! 😃
Huge thank you to @aspen_the_dutchie for getting this idea in our head! 💡
