#hello2019 has been a challenge to myself to add the things I need most, and stop being hard on myself when life gets messy.
I love the soft glow of my #saltlamp for adding a restful atmosphere, now it doesn't solve all the problems, but the little steps do add up!
What can you do to make a little more time to #relax and #recover?
30 minutes. That’s what I took for myself this morning. My mat and I reacquainted ourselves for 30 minutes.
I remembering telling a friend that I could never make my own flows, I always got stuck in my head and just ended up doing handstands.
Well my body wants this so bad that it just moves. Every breath brings a new stretch, a new ache that reaches for a pose, a new me waiting to come alive. I needed this. I need this. I want this.

I'm starting to feel alright again after 3 days bed ridden following our flight back to Melbs after 4 weeks in the motherland! 💚🌿 Being on holiday was great, but as per I ran myself to the ground doing too much too often with no rest (just like working out while on holiday you actually need REST days too 😱). So here I am finally with my head a bit clearer, about to set my focus on the year ahead 💯📓 Thinking about what we want out of 2019, it's been a while since we've had actual "goals" but I think we're ready - Kupa included. Along with living a healthier, plastic-free life our main priorities this year are:
(1) WORKING DAD 🙇
So the ultimate 2019 goal for our little family is to get Kupa into daycare and Mohi into work. (2) SAVING$$
I'm terrible at saving, so this year ima stop spending meaninglessly and finally get some money put aside. (3) FITNESS👟🏃(every year with the fitness lol)
the end of 2018 saw me working out 7 days a week and find a new passion in F45. A pricey passion. So to help with my savings i'll have to slightly push F45 aside and focus on getting into running instead - surely theres a 5-10km run in my future!? (I could always do a few more free trials in my area??? 😂😂)

Hello!! It's been so long since I posted. Today I went to the post office to send some postcards, and letters to my friends. I'm so excited as this is my first experience. 📬💌
Btw, I still don't start packing my stuff for uni. Can't believe that I'm starting degree next week. New place, new people, tho I'm a bit late. But, still..so excited and scared at the same time.😂
