Often times we may find ourselves discouraged or even disappointed at our lives current situation. Things may not be happening as quickly as we want them or would like them to, and it's times like these where it's real easy to give up. But it is also times like these where you have to remember why you started in the first place. It is never more important to surround yourself with people who uplift you and will encourage you every step of the way. .
These same people will also remind you of the WHY behind your beginning in every time of need. Although this world operates on currency, sometimes money alone just isn't enough to drive a person to chase after their dreams and succeed in their life's endeavors. Appreciation, love, admiration, and even recognition can all be driving forces behind a person's success. Babies cry for it, and men have died for it. .
When the WHY is strong and clear enough, the HOW's become easy. I appreciate @jess.marie.67 for always providing the gravity I need to stay grounded ⚓💪🏻 Whether you're having a bad day or an average day, it's never too late to turn it around. .

When you’re stiff as heck and need to stretch, go find a corner of the airport and go for it lol. Got weird looks but oh well, I overdid it on deadlifts the other day and tried working out yesterday and had to call it. I’m tight but everything is starting to feel better. Glad I listened to my body and rested because I’m excited to do some wods at lower altitude lol!

I would like to talk about my journey to fitness and why i started it all ,and now its part of me, my daily life and my career.
But by any means it did not come to me easy. .
It all started when I was a teenager ,i suffered a lot with lack of confidence always thinking negative about my appearance.. Had some horrible people in my life who would tell me I'm not good enough i need to look like this or that.. I would never smile because i was ashamed of my gap 😭 I was just very unhappy how i looked from head to toe..
So all my teenage years were negative no confidence and hating myself.. Then one day my mum took me to RIBBF show in limerick to see her friend compete. And that day changed my life... I still remember like it was yesterday. I couldn't believe my eyes all people who competed where so dedicated look so confident on stage and just happy to be there.(of course i had no idea on how much work they put in to be there). From that day I said to myself I will start to go to the gym and try it . Maybe my confidence will increase and i would like to see my self change ,so I would look in the mirror and like what i see. So I did i joined a gym and started my fitness journey watched loads of videos how to exercise and what to do. And from the moment i stepped in that gym I just knew this is me ! This will change my life.. And it did!!! I felt confident I felt alive really.. I couldn't believe what I'm feeling i started to like myself FINALLY.
And I didnt turn back since. I had ups and downs with gym ,long brakes but it still would call me back ... .
It all started just to look good , maybe to prove someone that I'm good enough. But at the end i realized after all these years that for me fitness isn't just about your appearance ,for me its something that i love doing with all my heart! Its the feeling of success and confidence.. Its your mental health, your health in general... .
This is my life, my fire inside me that will never go away. And I couldn't be happier that I found fitness.. And now I'm happy I can share my knowledge with my clients and change someone's life's totally in the best direction❤

Banana chips ➡️ Banana - While banana chips are yummy, it’s much easier to overeat than a banana. A medium banana is about 105 calories while 8.5 banana chips are 105 calories. You could easily eat a couple handfuls of banana chips in one sitting but it’s a lot harder to eat 3 bananas.
Bagel ➡️ Rice cake - Rice cakes are light, easy & go with almost any topping. Plus, they only contain 2 ingredients: rice & salt. Some bagels contain 14+ ingredients and often have added sugar. If you’re trying to lose weight, a rice cake is a much better, low calorie option.
Naked juice ➡️ kombucha - Naked juices are often sugar bombs in disguise. I don’t love the green machine because it acts like it’s mostly greens when really there’s a ton of fruit juice packed in. 16 oz bottle of kombucha is only 50 cals & 12g sugar while naked juice is 270 cals & 53g sugar.

Hey beautiful people! Are you ready for the weekend😃?! I’ll be spending it at work (at the hotel in Split atm) and not home😢 But I’ve got you guys to keep me company😉Tell me your fun plans since I have none😅! Oh, and wanted to update you on Intermittent Fasting thing that I started....I honestly love it! Just to introduce it to you guys that don’t know what it is. You eat in a period of 8-10 hours a day and the rest is fast - I myself just drink water. I’m doing actually a version of it called Reversed Fasting which just means that you skip dinner instead of breakfast which I find works perfectly for me on most days (and when it doesn’t, then I just skip that day, and that’s perfectly ok). I just love that it’s not like “you have to do it 7 days in a row or else😵...). Anyway, I feel like I have more energy, my digestion is great, I think my abs have become more visible even though I haven’t been working out as regularly as normally... So pretty happy🙌🏻 It’s been probably a month that I started and will keep you updated. I do believe that it’s a good thing fir vitality and longevity so it’s kind of a plan to keep it up.
Here you have my breakfast of season atm: Chia Pudding with pomegranate.
2 tbsp chia seeds mixed with 1/2 cup oat milk. Leave it to soak for at least half hour. Then add yoghurt and some date or maple syrup + fruits (pomegranate). Happy almost weekend guys!

Weight Loss vs. Weight Gain with Meatballs in Bolognese from The Meal Prep Manual- 1st Edition eBook. This is one of those meals that is an easy way to hide vegetables in your dishes. On the weight loss side it has a serving of zucchini noodles and included in the sauce is a bunch of carrots and celery. I like to leave mine chunky because I prefer to have something to chew and the stewing of the sauce helps make the vegetables soft enough to taste decent. If you have kids or are picky you could blend the sauce after stewing and no one would ever know!!
On the weight gain side I included a cup of rice to add more carbs and I know what many of you are thinking. “Why wouldn’t you just include noodles you muppet?” And you certainly could and it would be essentially equal to rice on a nutrient basis but I prefer a gluten free option and I’m part Asian so rice it is 😎 The Meatballs are made with beef but you could do a pork and beef mix that would make a wonderful tasting meatball that would be even higher in calories. On the weight loss side you should make the meatballs out of turkey to help cut back on the calories!! As is the same with all of these posts, weight loss and weight gain are unique to each individual. 460 calories might be too many for some of you to lose weight if you were to eat that amount 3 times per day. Some of you could even lose weight eating the weight gain portion. It’s all about balance. .

BOLO DE MAÇÃ E BANANA!
3 bananas (usei a prata)
1/2 xíc. de óleo de girassol
1/2 xíc. de água
1/2 xíc. de açúcar mascavo
1 xíc. de aveia em flocos
1 xíc. de farinha de amendoim
1/2 xíc. de passas
Canela a gosto
1 c. de sopa de fermento
No liquidificador, bata bem os ovos, o óleo, a água e a baunilha. Coloque agora as bananas e bata até que esteja homogêneo. Em uma tigela, coloque a aveia, a farinha, o açúcar, a canela, as passas e o fermento. Despeje a mistura líquida e mexa. Unte a assadeira e polvilhe açúcar mascavo, distribua rodelas de maçã por toda a forma, polvilhe canela e despeje a massa por cima.
