My second run of the summer 😂 another slow and short distance one, my running skills aren’t what they use to be but slow and steady I’ll get back into the running game 🏃🏽♀️
Looks like an ordinary cup of tea - but this is my homemade chai latte ☕️ I don’t really measure things out but I used: oat milk, 2 tea bags, cinnamon, cardamom pods, cloves, vanilla extract and a bit of salt. Just heated it all in a pan over a low/medium heat and then sieved it into my cup. I used decaf tea bags because I’m trying to cut down on my caffeine intake 😅 (and please excuse my nails 🙃)

Another day, another breakfast. I’m fasting in the mornings, so noon breakfast for me please :) It’s hard when your getting use to it. But as long as you drink water you are good (and coffee with no sugar or milk).

I indulged in their delicious #marshmallowpeanutbutter flavor last night and my belly was happy and I went to bed so satisfied 😍💖
The base is very reminiscent of a marshmallow, and it actually kind of has a fluffier texture while still being creamy! As always, @eatenlightened never lets you down with its mix-ins, and the GLOBS of peanut butter had me falling in love and questioning what kind of sorcery the company is involved in in making their pints so delicious!! my yummy desk lunch 💁🏻♀️ i have a presentation that i’m giving to people in my division and i’m not sure if i feel nervous or excited but i’m just going to #eat now and focus on that later HAHA priorities.
CUBICLE LUNCH DEETS 👉🏻 hardboiled egg 🥚 with avocado on bread and my usual side salad 🥗🥦🌱 i also woke up at 4:30 starving and then it like subsided but honey i was thinking about an egg sandwich this whole time so i was like ok gotta make one 🍞🥚🥑

i tried something different tonight but it’s looks hella good!! i usually stick with the same meals pretty much all the time because why fix what’s not broken am i right?? plus the meals that i have are delicious so 🤷🏻♀️ but this account is encouraging me to explore outside of my comfort zone and try new meals! Lunch earlier today (check last post) was a pleasant surprise, and i’m hoping this one will be too 🤗

it is possible to make time for healthy eating!! i full heartedly believe that you have all the time in the world for the things you prioritize, and if healthy eating is a priority of mine, then i will and can have the patience for it! just like i have the patience and time for working out. it is all about prioritizing your #goals and recognizing where you want to go in your own life!

yesterday’s #legday was KILLER!!! i regretted wearing leggings to the gym because it got hot real quick and i was drenched throughout the whole thing!! i love leg day because i feel like i get such a good workout in. i also love squats because they are so effective and can shape your booty up really nicely 🤗🍑 •••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••
